Chapter 196: 177、Mr. Gordon’s Long Night

"So men are still such strange creatures!"

Sienna Harrison sighed, only to realize something serious, "Is it because I’m not the person Theo Scott likes that he never touched me?"

Upon reflection, she and Theo Scott had been together for quite some time, and their feelings were good enough, but he had never touched her. At first, she thought it was out of respect and care for her that he couldn’t bear to touch her.

Ivy Aretha’s words seemed to make her understand a bit more.

"Madeline, listen, whether Theo Scott likes you or not, it’s all in the past now!" Hearing her mention that person again, Ivy Aretha was instantly on her guard, "He’s the cheater, he’s already got someone at his side, I forbid you from having any thoughts about that man. If you want to get Jaysen Smith, you better take him down as soon as possible!"

By the time Ivy Aretha finished speaking, she could clearly hear the heavier breathing on the other end of the line. After a pause, Sienna started again, "Do you also think Jaysen Smith is reliable?"

"Compared to our Mr. Gordon, I think he is more reliable," Ivy said objectively. Indeed, Jaysen Smith was the eldest son of a financial family, and over the years, he had never been involved in any scandals. This alone made him worthy of Madeline. Furthermore, according to Michael Gordon, Jaysen Smith had been in love with Sienna for many years!

Originally, Ivy thought she would just wait and see how Jaysen Smith, the modest gentleman, managed to capture Miss Harrison’s heart. But now that Miss Harrison was already interested, it was natural for Ivy to help push things along.

"Why don’t you ask your Mr. Gordon, if he’s truly in good physical and mental health?" Miss Harrison seemed very concerned about this issue, "What if I take him down, and he turns out to be someone I can only look at, wouldn’t I be at a huge loss?"

Ivy simply laughed!

Are women now more lustful than men?!

"What’s there to ask? Our Mr. Gordon and Young Master Smith are like brothers, have you ever seen someone say bad things about their own brother?" Ivy Aretha shook her head helplessly, "Instead of wondering if he’s good or not, why not just go for it directly? If he can be taken down, he must be okay. And if not, you don’t lose anything. Just switch to another target and continue trying!"

"Makes sense!"

Soon, a hearty laugh came from the other end of the phone, "Worries aside, it’s better to try harder to take him down. I won’t talk to you anymore, I’m going directly to attack, this time I’ll be a woman of action, bye!"

And then she hung up the phone promptly.

Facing the phone that quickly turned black, Ivy Aretha was speechless and chaotic. This girl was really a woman of action!

Before she tried to take down Jaysen Smith, should she at least give Young Master Smith a little forewarning?

Forget it!

Give him a surprise, and she could ask for a money gift later!

Four o’clock in the afternoon, at the kindergarten entrance.

"Aunt Cathy, why are you picking me up today? Where is my daddy?"

Bianca Aretha bounced out of the kindergarten and saw Cathy’s familiar figure. Her soft little face instantly lost energy because her dad had said he would pick her up from kindergarten today, and she was going to show off in front of her classmates that she has a dad too!

After Michael Gordon married Ivy Aretha, he hadn’t had the chance to drop off or pick up Bianca from school because of having to take care of Ivy’s injury. So the little fellow was looking forward to it.

"Baby, your daddy has something urgent to take care of. Don’t you like Aunt Cathy anymore?" Cathy took the little one’s bag and then kissed her forehead, "Let’s go, sweetheart!"

"Of course, I like Aunt Cathy! Baby will be your daughter-in-law and will be filial to you in the future!"

As Bianca spoke, she walked into the car with Cathy, still pouting, "Is it really important that Daddy didn’t come? He isn’t holding a grudge because Baby ruined his bridal chamber night last night, is he?"

The little one still felt a bit guilty for ruining the bridal chamber for her daddy and mommy the previous night, especially now that Michael Gordon had promised to pick her up but failed to keep his promise!

At her words, Cathy’s heart sank. Michael Gordon only had something urgent to attend to; he couldn’t make it in time to pick Bianca up. If their son felt hurt and scared like this now, did her son, who she hadn’t seen in over half a year, think that his mommy didn’t want him anymore?

God knows how much she missed him!

Life is so cruel. If she knew how heartbreaking it would be, she would never have laid eyes on that man named Oliver Thompson!

"Baby, no. Your daddy just had something urgent come up. Your daddy loves you so much that even if you ruined his bridal chamber, he would still love you to death even if you had him sleep on the floor!"

Which parent in the world doesn’t love their children?

"If Aunt Cathy says so, then Baby can be reassured!"

With that, the little fellow noticeably relaxed and climbed into the car with her short legs. Cathy quickly went over and directly lifted the child onto the seat, letting her sit down comfortably, before going to put Bianca’s things in the trunk.

After checking her belongings and making sure nothing was missing, she said goodbye to the teacher at the door!

Michael Gordon bought the kindergarten to make his daughter the boss of the campus. Nothing has changed for the students and teachers, only the service. Now, everyone treats Bianca as if she were a little princess. Those responsible for picking her up didn’t dare leave until the car left with the little princess!

"Thank you, teachers. We’re leaving now!"

Cathy called out to the teachers and bid them farewell before lowering her head and opening the car door. As she sat in the car, she waved goodbye to the teachers...

"Stop, stop!!"

Oliver Thompson, who had been resting in the back seat, suddenly opened his eyes and yelled at his driver to stop. Following that, there was a screeching sound as the tires scraped the ground...

It was not until the moment the woman’s car door closed that he noticed the familiar figure getting into the car at the kindergarten gate they had just passed by. It was too familiar.

Even a glance provided him with clarity. It was that woman. Especially her distinct, elegant waving motion. It was as if she had walked right out of his dreams.

At the moment Oliver Thompson’s car came to an emergency stop, the car in front swiftly drove away...

Familiar figures accompanied by a flamboyant car disappearance in front of his eyes, watching the car leave, Oliver Thompson felt a sudden panic, his blood seemingly freezing. He decisively ordered, "Follow that car in front!"
