The blast caused the grounds of the whole Atlantis City to rattle for five seconds.

The halflings inside the Armory evacuated the place in case the ceiling collapsed.

"Outside! Hurry!"

Because the Ice Ship had yet to depart, they were also affected. Large waves of water crashed into the ship. It swayed from side to side, unsteady. The passengers on board held on something to stable themselves.

"Captain, should we still proceed? That doesn’t sound so good." The Halfling Guards were trembling and leaned against the walls of the tunnels.

"Proceed! We’re halfway there! It’s too late to quit! And those nymphs hadn’t come out yet! We need to know what is going on." After the surroundings stabilized, their Captain ordered. He got inkling that something big will happen and he doesn’t go to find out, he would regret it in the last moment.

He just hoped the Dean and Professor had done preemptive evacuation.

This decision proved to be true because it save a lot of lives.

Limnad was also obviously shaken by the blast and was distracted for a moment.

This gave opportunity for the Karmic Dragon to land his [Ice Prison]. Half of the Halfling Elder’s body is covered with layer of frost. He swiftly followed up with a gust of wind to tackle the halfling down.

The bombs in Limnad’s hands which he had plan to destroy the frost with was swept away. Chunhua kicked them towards the sea, where they exploded a fountain of water.

"Good job! Little Lotus!"

"Roar!" (Mama! Beat him! Beat him in the face! Make it beautiful!)

Chunhua seemed to felt the Little Lotus sentiments and did what she’s told.

She clung onto the frosty right arm of Limnad, disarmed him and threw the right cannon up. Limnad wanted to blast her off his body with his other cannon, "Get off, Leech or I’ll tear to smithereens!", but Chunhua quickly kicked the barrel up and sent the two cannons in the air.

The Karmic Dragon’s breath melted the two cannons like butter.

Limnad felt cold and found out that his body from neck to the feet had become a Popsicle. His eyes reflected horror. When did it happen?

Chunhua smiled and placed him on the ground.

The Karmic Dragon flew at a lower altitude and baring his teeth in a grin. It was clearly happy!

Because it still lack battle experience, it had failed to catch Limnad several times but now... He he he!

Grandpa also joined them and smiled, "Ho ho ho! I’m dying to see this!"

Limnad tried moving, and when he failed, he resorted to say an incantation but Chunhua stuffed his mouth with fabric on time.

Limnad’s voice became muffled and looked at the two whose thoughts were obviously reflected on their faces: "..." Crap.

Meanwhile, Haoran had to disengage and went to find the little fellow miners that had yet to come back. He slipped inside the narrow gap of the Ice wall and saw them coming not far away with a stranger.

When these fellows saw Haoran, they threw the sacks they were carrying onto Nikolai’s back, quickly ran over and hopped onto his shoulder.

Nikolai gritted his teeth and endured!

Once he gets out of this place, he’ll find them and let them carry his baggage in the future to get even!

Haoran knew what they were after. Because they just ate lunch a few hours ago, he was afraid they’ll get a stomach ache, he gave only gave them a dessert first which was Sandwiches and Dumplings with different fillings and promised to give the rest during dinner.

Nikolai hadn’t had a proper meal and so when he saw his ruthless benefactors eat the bread in relish and making faces, he licked his lips but his pride carved down his bones prevented him from begging! Hmph!

"Who’s he?" Haoran’s tone might be dull but Nikolai could detect caution.

Nikolai was about to answer but someone was ahead of him.

"It’s you! The Long-legged, Long-haired and flat-chested sister!" Chunhua followed Long San inside to check on their progress but didn’t expect to meet the lady that she almost turned bald.

Nikolai’s lips twitched at Chunhua’s greeting, "I’m a male!" He corrected her calling.

"Oh, I’m sorry! Long-legged, long-haired, flat-chested Brother."

The veins in Nikolai’s temple burst. Retard!

"You’ve met before?" Haoran asked.

Chunhua nodded. "He’s from the main game planet but his circumstance is much more special. I’ve met him in the plaza in the Halfling City where he attempted to kidnap me-"

"Ah!" Nikolai dodged the black flame that attacked him. "Hey! What’s your problem!" In that split of a second, he sensed killing intent! He was utterly confused because they never crossed paths before!

The four were also astonished at Chef Long’s actions.

Chunhua saw that Chef Long was about to launch another attack and quickly grabbed his arm. "Chef Long, it’s okay now! I wasn’t harm. Look at me! He already compensated me with a skill!"

At her words, Haoran withdraw his hand but his hostility was still there, and even Nikolai who was exposed to such things on a daily basis, couldn’t help but tremble.
