Chapter 218: The Seventh Day
Aunt Su and her team were in charge of it.
But there was one thing he was confused since there are still a rim of paper in the warehouse left, "What are those peach wood paper for Master?"
Peach Wood Paper?
Long Haoran who was sipping his tea looked at Xiao Hua.
"I’m going to make something tomorrow but I still don’t know if it’s going to work." Li Chunhua replied in a vague manner making Siri and Long Haoran a bit curious.
Siri respected his Master’s privacy and didn’t pry further.
"So far the amount of mana recovery potions I made is around 356 units. I also managed to extract 50 liters of the poison. Based on my calculations after smearing the remaining stakes and palisades, there would still be 20 liters left for use to use."
Poison?
Long Haoran’s eyes flashed. "Can I have even 1 liter of that poison in exchange for these."
He took out ten plates containing 100 pieces of red rice balls, dumplings and potstickers to trade.

[Increase Fire Resistance...]
[Increase Poison Resistance...]
[Increase...]
There was four pair of eyes twinkling on the food Chef Long took out. Some claws nearly snatched one but Li Chunhua, the self-designated protector slapped it away.
"Master!"
"Kya!"
"Ji ji ji."
The three held their claws swelled from her attacks and sent her gazes full of grievances.
"It’s not for you. Do not be rude." Li Chunhua wiped the corner of her mouth before saying these words. At least foodies need to have some dignity. Conduct yourself! Li Chunhua had slightly reformed after knowing what Chef Long experienced in his childhood.
When the Elf saw the buff on the food, he agreed without hesitation. "3 liters." Before he turned to his Master, signaling her to give the guy.
Several plastic containers from the water bottle loots appeared on the table.
[Basic Appraisal Skill Activated]
[Decaying Hemlock Poison...]
"Be careful on handling the poison. Make sure they don’t ingest it or don’t come into contact with their skin. I made antidotes but the doses are limited." Siri gave the warning.
At the Elf’s ominous warning, Long Haoran read the description. Although it was nothing compared to that dumpling, it could help his brother. Zurui just needed to practice precaution.
Zurui received a message and the bottles of black liquid.
[You’ve got 3 liters of Decaying Hemlock Poison.]
[Dumpling Duke]: Handle it with care.
Holy Mackerel!
He almost dropped the bottle to the ground after reading the prompt. Good thing, his reflexes was fast.

Li Chunhua and Siri discussed a lot more and they only stopped until it was 10:00 p.m. The gluttons had already fallen asleep and went inside her bedroom. Chef Long and Siri also went back to his residences.
The boisterous laughter echoing in the training field also ceased, with the residents’ matches being over.
Those who triumphed could tell tales of their victory while those who lose tried to bitterly erase the embarrassing memories.
But one thing is for sure, the match bear fruits with everyone being aware of their weaknesses, what their lacking and need to improve.
Li Chunhua yawned and gently pushed the sprawled little fellows occupying her bed before sitting in a lotus position. She took out different sizes and colors of jades and lay on the mattress.
All dawn until daybreak, she carved small arrays on the jades’ using her qi. Fortunately, there was none of those distracting food to influence her naming sense.
Li Chunhua looked at the names that she thought all of her heart and gave her approval.
[The Mightiest Jade]
[The Strongest Jade]
[The Coolest Jade]
[The Awesomest Jade]
(A/N: According to google, 8th-grader syndrome is real.)
After carving the last one, Li Chunhua slept in peace only to be wake up 30 minutes later.
"Master, there is something wrong. The monsters are gone." Siri with his face displaying genuine confusion nudged Li Chunhua’s shoulders after setting aside the plate of steaming hot food use to wake the sleeping log.
Li Chunhua rubbed her eyes sleepily.
The monsters are gone?
How is that a bad news? That’s actually very good though. She wished they would be gone forever.
Wait...
She realized a big problem.
Then she wouldn’t have meat anymore!
Li Chunhua’s eyes burst opened and her drowsiness vanished.
This never happened in the book.
The two went out of the territory to investigate and bumped with several residents on the way.
"How was it?" Siri asked Fern.
Fern shook his head. "I walked 400 meters down but still no sight of them. I only spotted a few bugs and insects, and nothing else."
"Indeed. My brothers and I were hoping to grind a level or two but after strolling for an hour, not even a level 1 monster attack us." Jun nodded and said.
"The players in the global chat is also experiencing the same thing. So it must the system’s doing." Cui spoke setting down the worries in Li Chunhua and Siri’s heart.
If it only happened it this mountain, it would need their attention but it if it was happening globally, this must be some kind of system’s gig who always provided flashy light effects. The disappearance of the monsters might be a marketing scheme again.
Li Chunhua’s eyes flashed with golden color for a brief moment to check their claims and when she really saw no monsters was roaming around, she stopped.
"Brother Siri, maybe they’ll come back during the tide." Li Chunhua guessed.
Cui also agreed, "That was what the other players were saying too. It’s just that, we still have time, it would have been good to obtain more stats from leveling up."
"We can do nothing if the system was behind it. Just go to the training field or familiarize yourself with the new weapons. Uncle Rioli should have finished making it by now." Li Chunhua yawned and decided to head back since her fretting over it would result to nothing.
Siri was left on spot gazing at the distance. Could it be just like his Master said?
When Li Chunhua was about to step onto the house, Aunt He rushed towards her handing a stack of coarse papers. "Landowner, 30% of the peach wood paper is done."
"Thank you, Aunt He." Li Chunhua took the paper and went inside bumping into Chef Long who was carrying plates of food.
"Xiao Hua, I made breakfast."
Li Chunhua stored the paper in her inventory and joined Chef Long for the breakfast since the three others apart from Siri were still asleep.
---
Outside the Radiation Belt in all space stations, the number of spaceships were dozen times numerous than last time and among them was the same small capsule ship.
"It seems I’m not the only one having the same idea." The beautiful man having vampiric looks on par and with Siri’s regal handsome features peered through the window and observed the crowd of ships before lifting the corner of his lips.
"Young Master, please refrain from doing excessive things later when you’re inside the planet. Your father will kill me for it." The ship operator beside him pleaded.
"Relax, I’m just going to have a look."
---
Inside the Main Game World- Green Planet, everyone was making their last ditch effort including the Salted Fish Residents.
Siri and Li Chunhua checked the defense facilities built inside and outside, making sure nothing is wrong.
[Countdown till Monster Tide: 9 mins: 59 seconds]
By this time, everyone was behind the barrier, waiting for coming storm.
"Good luck everyone." The players in the global chat expressed their wishes for the fellow players.
