Chapter 169 - 169 169 Rescue Part 1
169: Chapter 169 Rescue (Part 1) 169: Chapter 169 Rescue (Part 1) Ye Shikai walked into the bathroom and awkwardly looked at the two women behind him, “Ladies, I’m just going to use the restroom, you’re not actually coming in, are you?” The airplane bathroom was small and it was embarrassing to be watched from behind, especially by two armed women of the opposite sex.
The two women were foreigners and did not understand Huaxia language, so Ye Shikai had to explain in English.
The women reluctantly pointed at the bathroom door, signaling Ye Shikai to go inside.
“Thank you.” Ye Shikai slipped into the bathroom and pulled out a small tear gas dispenser from his pocket.
This device could release tear gas via voice control and even though it was small, it emitted a highly effective tear gas.
Ye Shikai pondered where these hijackers would take the plane.
Such hijacking incidents could clearly be classified as international terrorism, usually motivated by some political reasons.
If it were merely for money, there was absolutely no need to go to such lengths.
The plane had already deviated from its scheduled flight path, meaning the control tower would soon notice something was wrong.
Once the control tower couldn’t reach the captain, they would know a hijacking had occurred.
“Yo, yo, yo, ladies, don’t point the guns at me, what if they go off?” Ye Shikai came out of the bathroom pretending to be very scared and slowly made his way to the group of hostages.
“Tang Yun, listen to me and follow my cues,” Ye Shikai whispered to Tang Yun who was behind him.
Although Tang Yun didn’t know Ye Shikai’s plan, she knew he was a cultivator and must be confident in his actions, so she nodded.
Suddenly, Ye Shikai collapsed to the ground, frothing at the mouth and convulsing.
Tang Yun immediately understood and rushed to check on him as if she were administering medical aid.
“What’s going on, you, step back!” A female hijacker with a gun stepped forward and yelled at Tang Yun, causing the other hostages to steer clear of the area.
“He has a heart condition, he needs treatment in the back,” Tang Yun explained fluently in English, pointing towards the medical room located between first class and economy class, originally prepared for any passengers who fell ill.
“I said, step back!” the woman shouted at Tang Yun, but Tang Yun, unfazed, kept pressing her hands on Ye Shikai’s chest.
At this moment, the blonde woman—who Ye Shikai had determined was the leader of the hijackers—approached them.
“What happened to him?” the blonde woman asked indifferently.
“His heart is in critical condition, I need to get him to the medical room,” Tang Yun confronted the blonde woman.
Despite a dark gun pointed at her head, Tang Yun acted as if nobody was there, knowing Ye Shikai was feigning illness and she unhesitatingly continued to play along.
Indeed, Tang Yun had enormous guts, but it was more about being professional than merely brave.
“You are very bold.
Others fear these guns, but you are not afraid at all, I’m curious,” the blonde woman said, leaning over to check on Ye Shikai.
“Don’t touch him, he is my patient, I am responsible for him,” Tang Yun pushed the blonde woman away, shocking everyone there, and when it seemed the other hijackers were about to shoot, the blonde woman ordered them to lower their guns.
“I know you are here for money.
If someone dies, you get less money, right?” Tang Yun confronted the blonde woman.
“You two, take them to the medical room,” the blonde woman hesitated but eventually agreed to Tang Yun’s suggestion.
Ye Shikai deeply admired Tang Yun for her bravery in the face of danger.
Splitting up the hijackers would give Ye Shikai the chance to take them down one by one.
“Help me get him onto the table.” Inside the medical room, Tang Yun took on the role of a doctor, and the two armed women seemed like her assistants.
While they were not paying attention, Tang Yun signaled Ye Shikai with her eyes.
Ye Shikai, appearing frail, moved suddenly when the women got close.
He quickly broke one woman’s neck and then struck the other woman’s abdomen with his palm.
These moves, powered by his Inner Strength, were intended to take them by surprise and kill them instantly before anyone outside noticed.
Ye Shikai took an M4 and a pistol from one of the women, and found another pistol on the other woman, which he handed to Tang Yun.
Although Tang Yun had seen dead bodies before, she was still somewhat stunned.
Although she appeared fearless during their act, her heart had been pounding out of her chest, and now she had witnessed two people die right in front of her.
Ye Shikai tightly held Tang Yun’s hand, continuously transmitting Inner Strength into her body, providing her with comfort in this moment of crisis, “It’s alright, don’t worry.”
“Take this pistol for self-defense, this is the safety catch, and this is the trigger,” Ye Shikai quickly instructed Tang Yun on how to use the pistol.
They had eliminated two, there were probably eleven more outside.
It was a lot, and later on, Ye Shikai might not be able to watch out for Tang Yun, so he just hoped she wouldn’t get hurt later.
“Stay here and wait for me, I’m going to check outside.
Remember, don’t come out,” Ye Shikai instructed, feeling Tang Yun’s reluctance for him to leave, as all women need a sense of security.
Ye Shikai peeked out.
Every part of the plane was controlled by the hijackers, including the cargo hold, luggage cabin, cockpit, and where the hostages were.
This was a good opportunity since the hijackers were spread out, allowing Ye Shikai to potentially employ stealth to take them down one by one.
The cargo hold and luggage cabin were below and would take time to reach, so Ye Shikai decided to start with the cockpit.
The plane was already on autopilot, and of course, they had changed the flight path.
The two women in the cockpit were carefully monitoring the dashboard, completely unaware that Ye Shikai had silently entered.
“Surprise,” Ye Shikai whispered into one woman’s ear from behind before she could react, then quickly broke her neck.
The woman sitting in the co-pilot’s seat realized someone had approached and reached for her pistol, but Ye Shikai killed her instantly, using his Inner Strength for a quick, lethal strike.
Although they were women, Ye Shikai showed no mercy, seeing them as ruthless killers in his eyes.
