Chapter 167 - 167 167 Hi Jack

167: Chapter 167 Hi Jack 167: Chapter 167 Hi Jack “Is something the matter?” An icy female voice came through the phone.

“I’m going to Europe the day after tomorrow, you…”

“I’ve already heard from Ghost.” Ye Shikai hadn’t finished his sentence when he was interrupted.

“Ghost tells you so much, that kid really is a big mouth.” Ye Shikai said helplessly.

As one of the Netherworld Palace’s four warlords, Ghost was kept at the headquarters of the Netherworld Palace by Ye Shikai to act as a steward and certainly was not a blabbermouth, but the person Ye Shikai was talking to on the phone was Moon God Ji Qian, and Ghost was aware of the relationship between Ye Shikai and Ji Qian.

“Even if he doesn’t tell me, do you think I wouldn’t know?” The voice on the phone softened.

“Ah, it seems like I can’t hide anything from you.”

“You are coming to Europe because of the Holy Mountain matter, aren’t you?” Ji Qian spoke faintly.

“Yeah, Poseidon suffered a huge loss in Huaxia and there’s still no news; there are also undercurrents stirring over at Holy Mountain, never giving people a moment of peace.” Ye Shikai rubbed his head.

“I’m about to make a trip to the Holy Mountain soon, so it’s good timing that you’ll be there as well.”

“Really?

You’re going too.” Ye Shikai asked.

“That’s right.

I’ll tell you the details once you get to Europe.” Ji Qian spoke lightly.

“Alright, just don’t forget to pick me up at the airport then.” Ye Shikai laughed.

Among all the women he knew, Ji Qian had the coldest temperament.

It seemed rare to see her smile, and talking to her always felt oppressively indifferent, so Ye Shikai tried to keep his tone casual.

“Don’t you have legs?

You want me to come pick you up?” Ji Qian’s tone carried a bit of petulance, but all she got in response was a series of “beep beep” sounds—the phone had been hung up.

The morning after the next day at six o’clock, Ye Shikai had his luggage ready.

This trip to Europe was filled with the unknown, and there might even be life-and-death crises.

However, in Su Qingyu’s eyes, this trip was just for Ye Shikai to meet friends.

If she knew the real reason for going to Europe, perhaps Su Qingyu would rather die than let Ye Shikai go.

“Brother-in-law, don’t forget to bring me back something.” Perhaps because it was too early, Su Ziqing was still in her pajamas, rubbing her eyes as she descended the stairs, looking drowsy.

Sigh, the first thing this young miss said was to help her bring something back.

“I know, don’t worry about it.” Ye Shikai said with a smile, then turned to Su Qingyu and spoke softly, “Take care of yourself, I’ll be back in a couple of weeks.”

“Be careful and come back early.” Su Qingyu reminded him a couple of times.

“Alright, it’s still early.

You guys should go back to sleep, I’m off.” Ye Shikai bid farewell with a smile, and drove to the airport alone.

From the crowd, Ye Shikai spotted a tall woman waving at him from a distance.

“Tang Yun, sorry for making you wait, have you been waiting for long?” Ye Shikai quickly approached Tang Yun.

In her stewardess uniform, she had a different charm, and Ye Shikai could clearly feel a group of male onlookers staring in that direction, showing displeased and scornful looks when they saw Tang Yun happily talking with Ye Shikai.

“No worries, I just got here myself.

I’ll head to the crew first, let’s talk more on the plane.” Tang Yun glanced at her watch and waved at Ye Shikai.

“Alright, you go ahead.” After Tang Yun left, Ye Shikai changed his boarding pass, went through security, and waited in front of the gate for the plane to take off.

The plane was originally scheduled for 8 a.m., but due to delays, it was postponed to 8:30 a.m.

The passengers had been waiting at the gate, and when the announcement for boarding came, they all moved closer to the gate.

“Sorry.” Ye Shikai, carrying his backpack, stood up when a group of foreign women walked past him, one of whom accidentally bumped into Ye Shikai’s shoulder.

Ye Shikai looked at the blonde foreign woman, who politely apologized in English when she realized she had bumped into him; Ye Shikai nodded in acknowledgement.

Ye Shikai watched the group of women, all dressed in cheerleading outfits, looking like they could be a cheerleading team from some foreign country, each with a fit figure, making them a beautiful sight wherever they went.

Ye Shikai smiled and slowly boarded the plane.

“You’re here.” Ye Shikai entered the first-class cabin where Tang Yun was tidying things up.

“How’s your illness—feeling any better?” Tang Yun helped Ye Shikai stow his luggage and then turned to ask.

“Ah, it’s much better.” Ye Shikai recalled how during the last flight his Demon Addiction almost flared up; he didn’t expect Tang Yun to remember that.

The plane took off slowly, and Tang Yun engaged in occasional small talk with Ye Shikai.

Suddenly, a stewardess rushed in, “Tang, something’s wrong, a passenger is having a seizure, come quickly.”

“Hold on for me here, I’ll go check it out.” Tang Yun unbuckled her seatbelt, told Ye Shikai, and he nodded, following Tang Yun over.

The two arrived at the passenger’s location, and Ye Shikai saw that it was the cheerleader from before, and sitting next to her was her teammate, both looking panicked.

“Are you okay?” Tang Yun quickly knelt down, speaking fluently in English to the woman.

Suddenly, Tang Yun’s eyes revealed a look of horror, as she saw that the woman had a shiny dagger hidden in the sleeve of her clothes.

At the plane’s restroom entrance.

A man came out after being stressed with work for so long in his home country, finally able to take a holiday abroad.

Just as he exited the restroom, he saw a foreign beauty in cheerleader attire, striking a sexy pose and pointing at him with a beckoning finger.

“Hi, Jack,” the woman’s seductive voice was enough to attract any man’s attention.

“Lady, you must be mistaken; my name’s not Jack,” the man was taken aback by her words, seemingly as if she had recognized the wrong person, but the woman just smiled mysteriously and slowly approached the man, extending her arms as though to hug him.

Faced with such charm, the man didn’t resist.

Eye to eye, it seemed he was completely captivated.

The woman’s arms went from the man’s waist and slowly up, and when they reached his neck, she suddenly gripped tightly, catching him completely off guard, snapping his neck.

Before the man could react, he was already dead, and his unsupported body fell forward.

The woman stepped in, caught the corpse, and her face twisted into a ghastly grin as she whispered into the man’s ear.

“Hi, Jack (hijack).”
