"Compensation?" Ning Yan’er didn’t expect Xi Mohan to respond like that, her eyes widening in disbelief, seemingly truly unforeseen by this outcome. For several seconds, because of her own pride, she felt unbearable to stay any longer. Gritting her teeth, she said, "I won’t agree to this matter so easily, Mo Han. I don’t know what got into you, but you should be clear that our engagement was also approved by your grandfather."

Having said that, she turned her gaze back to Ning Wan and coldly sneered, "Mo Han, you should also be very clear that your grandfather would never allow Ning Wan to enter the doors of the Xi Family."
