Koji Hanada had just arrived at Alden’s family-owned restaurant. As he made his way to the area, he couldn’t help but get upset at Ashley. His request was simple, and it was purely business. So he couldn’t understand why she was so adamant about declining.

’I need to talk to my cousin, what I’m asking wasn’t bad... it’s for the good of the company.’ he thought as he walked into the restaurant.

Alden had been waiting for him in the private room assigned to the THJ Group. He was confused to see Koji Hanada look so deep in thought as he walks in, but he didn’t show as he comes close to him.

"Welcome! COO Hanada, how’s it going?" Alden Sanches greeted as he put out his hand for handshakes.

"Hello!" Koji reached out to Alden’s hand while still in deep thought.

"You’re up! And let’s get started." Alden just watched Koji sit before he sat down again and handed him the documents to check.

"Have a seat! This way, we could bega discussing the business ..." Said Alden as he was waiting for Koji to sit down before taking a seat himself. He quickly pushed the document right in front of Koji.

"As you can see..." They began discussing the business at the same time while eating. Alden was busy talking, and his voice was excited because if the two companies agreed and began collaborating ...

He would ask his father to take charge of it so he could stay in Japan. The purpose is to kill two birds in one stone, ’business and pleasure.’ In which case, Ashley Gusman is in the deal ...

Since Tanaga had left and she already finished what she needed to do... She decided to walk around the whole company to learn where everyone’s offices and who is who. This way, she would also have an idea of the company operation.

Ashley walked out of the office and went straight to the junior secretaries office. " Fumika, if there’s nothing important that you needed to do right now, do you mind accompanying me?" She asks with a sweet smile on her face.

Fumika was stunned for a moment, but only for a moment. She quickly got up from her chair, " Yes, ma’am! It would be my pleasure to accompany you." She quickly responded.

Since she didn’t greet Aiko and Etusko, both didn’t bother to greet her as well. They both acted that they were busy when they saw here coming. However, when they heard what Ashley said, their eyes widened in shock and looked at each other before they looked at Fumika secretly in a nasty way.

As they walked out of the office, Ashley saw Tiny quickly got up, and she knew what he was about to do. She decided to talk to him. "Brother Tiny, were only going to walk around the building, and we are not going out, do you mind? I’m hoping that you would let us go alone?" She asked, almost begging.

"I’m sorry, ma’am Ashley, but my order was to be your shadow, and the only place I cannot go with you would be inside the restroom. Besides that, I’m your super glue!" He said sternly without batting an eye.

There was nothing Ashley could do since it was her husband’s order; she gives up. " Alright! However, you will need to distance a little, ok! Actually, how about this... Let just say you’re giving me a tour of the building since Tan is not here right now, could we do that?"

Tiny had to think for a moment before he replied. "We could do that if that’s what you want, I have no problem with that." Said Tiny in which had made Ashley smile happily.

"Then... What are we waiting for? Let’s go! Give Fumika and I a tour of THJ building. Hahaha!"

For the situation not to be awkward, Ashley introduced Tiny and Fumika to each other appropriately. Tiny only nodded, while Fumika’s face reddened a little and unable to look him in the eyes.

Once that was done, the mission began...

Ashley grabs hold of Fumika’s hand before, "Let’s go! Let’s see what awaits us on the other end."

They went to all the floors in the whole building. Since all the department has a connection to the CEO’s office, Ashley decided to introduce herself to all the head of the department.

Some of them were welcoming, but there are more who raised their eyebrows because she came unannounced.

However, Ashley could care less about their attitude, for she was not there to be their best friend. Therefore, once they finished the introductions... They left as fast as they came in.

They took them a couple of hours going around all the departments. By the time they finished, it was almost 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon, and it’s time to go home. "How about we end it here and head back to the office?" Said Ashley as they stand in front of the elevator waiting.

Fumika just smiles while Tiny didn’t say a word. Ashley took it as an agreement, and when the door of the elevator arrives, they quickly went in and pushed the floor to the CEO office.

By the time they arrived at the CEO office, Aiko and Etsuko had gone for the day. There was no more light inside the secretary’s office.

"Oh’ I guess they all went home. They didn’t even wait for me to say goodbye." Said Fumika as she walks inside to get her belongings.

"That’s fine, I actually don’t need anything from them anyway," Ashley said as she walks toward the CEO office to get her purse. She was about ready to walk back out when she thought about how she must look and went to the restroom instead to look in the mirror.

She was still in the bathroom when she heard a knock on the door.

*Knock-knock!* " Ma’am Ashey, it’s Fumika!" She shouted as she waited outside the door for Ashley to open it.

"I’ll be right out!" She shouted back while she quickly does one final check to her appearance. Once she’s satisfied that everything is in place, she grabs her purse and walks out.

"Fumika, where do you live? If you want too, we could drop you off?" Offered Ashley with a slight smile on her face. She knows that Fumika rides the bus daily, and to show her gratitude for accompanying her, she’s offering Fumika a ride home.

"Oh! It’s alright, ma’am Ashley! I don’t think it would look right if someone sees me getting a ride with you. You never know what they would think." Fumika quickly declines to Ashley’s offer while her hands were waving in the air as she speaks.

Ashley’s brow’s risen when she heard Fumika’s excuse. She didn’t like it one bit... "So’ what if someone sees you getting a ride with me. Besides, they don’t know anything about me except I’m the CEO’s personal assistant.

" Let’s go! I don’t take no for an answer!" She said sternly so Fumika would not have any choice but to accept.
