Ye Chenfeng glanced at the Gorilla twice, then quickly averted his gaze, turning to the middle-aged man beside the bed.

"Susu, why are you here?"

The Gorilla lying on the bed and the middle-aged man sitting beside him couldn’t help but ask.

Yu Chisu smiled, "Uncle Gorilla, I heard you were injured, so I hurried over to see you."

The Gorilla laughed heartily, "Heh, what’s this injury worth? None of my previous injuries were lighter than this!"

Ye Chenfeng could see that the Gorilla was not faking it; he genuinely treated injuries as routine.

"I heard you were in a coma for more than ten hours. If not for the special medicine, Uncle Gorilla, you might not have woken up. You’re really getting old," Yu Chisu said.

"Who says I’m old? My body is just fine!" The Gorilla retorted defiantly.

Yu Chisu smiled without replying to the Gorilla.

"Susu, who is this?" Suddenly, the middle-aged man sitting beside the bed spoke.

Yu Chisu immediately put away her smile and said seriously and respectfully, "Godfather, this is Ye. My good friend."

The middle-aged man addressed as Godfather by Yu Chisu focused his gaze on Ye Chenfeng, observing him for a moment before relaxing his brows and saying, "For Susu to bring you here, your relationship must not be ordinary."

Yu Chisu smiled slightly, "Godfather, Uncle Gorilla, there’s another reason I brought Ye here; he can easily remove the bullet from your body."

"Hmm?"

As Yu Chisu spoke, the expressions of Ye Chenfeng, the Gorilla, and Yu Chisu’s godfather all changed slightly.
