The Beautiful CEO’s Dragon Blood Bodyguard
Chapter 256 - 0256: Learning to Drive

Chapter 256: Chapter 0256: Learning to Drive

With a hiss, the cutting machine’s grinding wheel sparked.

The first gamble stone split open, revealing a glint of green light.

Even the three who didn’t understand jade, Lin Yingying and the other two, couldn’t help but shout, "It’s glassy!"

"Big sister, this isn’t called glass, it’s called ’glass type’!"

"Wow, another bracelet can be made!"

Their eyes shone with green light, especially Lin Shanshan, who looked at Long Fei with ill intent.

If Long Fei had this skill, they might as well start a jade business together.

With just a casual effort and some processing, that would be a profit of tens of millions.

Liu Jinsuo and An Taiyan exchanged glances, thinking if all ten gamble stones turned out green when cut open.

Today, he would kneel before Long Fei’s door and learn gambling on stones from him.

One after another, the gamble stones were cut open, and the crowd around them kept shouting, "Glass type!"

"Still glass type!"

"Another glass type!"

"Isn’t there anything else?"

"Boring!"

All ten gamble stones were eventually cut open and filled the courtyard.

Whether the color was deep or light, all were as transparent as glass, all top-grade glassy jades.

Liu Jinsuo was so excited that he wept and knelt before Long Fei, calling out repeatedly, "Master, are you still accepting disciples? Let this old man serve you tea and water, like a little disciple!"

The people around them were startled.

An Taiyan rushed over to pull him up, persuading, "Brother Liu, you’re not young anymore, what’s this all about!"

Liu Jinsuo shouted, "My legs are weak, I can’t stand up!"

For someone who loves jade as much as life itself, how can he not be thrilled to see such a master of jade gambling?

All three beauties were amused by the old man, who cared more and more about his dignity with age, but this elder just knelt without a second thought.

Long Fei also helped him up, saying, "Old Liu, this is really shortening my life. I understand what you mean, I can teach you some techniques for stone gambling, but let’s forget about the master-disciple thing! Honestly, this craft depends on talent, and there’s not much I can teach you!"

Liu Jinsuo was insistent, kneeling, he said, "Fine, let’s keep our status separate. I’ll call you master, and you can call me whatever. I’ll process these gamble stones for you for free. Whatever you want, I’ll make it for you!"

On the side, An Taiyan backed him up, saying, "Brother Long, enough said. Just agree to whatever he wants! Old Liu’s body is frail, he might get sick from all this kneeling."

Long Fei was exasperated, saying helplessly, "Alright, get up first, I promise you, okay?"

Only then did Liu Jinsuo stand up, satisfied, his teeth chattered with joy, and he almost burst into dance.

This old man was just like an old child, somewhat reminiscent of Long Fei’s grandfather.

Even past seventy, his grandfather’s heart was still young.

He’d even tease the village women for fun, causing their men to come to his door to argue several times.

His gambling on stone technique relied solely on the "Perspective Technique."

Since this wasn’t something teachable, he could only treat Liu Jinsuo as a sort of half-disciple.

By the time all of this was over, it had already gotten dark outside.

After discussing with Liu Jinsuo, Long Fei finally decided to make the glassy jades into sixty-four Arhat figures.

As for the Dragon Jade, Long Fei had it carved into four Divine Beasts.

They were the Azure Dragon, the White Tiger, the Vermilion Bird, and the Black Tortoise.

Led by the Four Divine Beasts, the sixty-four Arhats were arranged.

Then he set up the Eight Trigrams Gathering Spirit Formation, using the Spiritual Energy to nourish these jades, to see if something could be cultivated from them in the future.

Lin Shanshan greatly objected, she had agreed to have bracelets made from Dragon Jade for her and her sister.

For fairness, Long Fei firmly refused to let her have her way.

Otherwise, if she and Lin Yingying wore bracelets of Dragon Jade while other girls only got glass type, it would seem unfair.

It’s not scarcity, but uneven distribution that is the problem!

Having finished all this, he got ready to go home.

Lin Shanshan, fancying the jade bracelet, let him and Lin Yingying go back while she stayed to be the Supervisor.

After all, these were items worth tens of millions, and while Long Fei was comfortable leaving them with Jade King Liu Jinsuo, Lin Shanshan was not.

Long Fei laughed and agreed with her, thinking to himself that this little sister-in-law was a natural-born businesswoman, seemingly even stronger than Lin Yingying.

He bid farewell to everyone with clasped hands and left with Lin Yingying in the car.

The Binhai Road at night was very quiet with the sea breeze blowing, the waves crashing against the shore, and beautiful night lights, all quite enchanting.

Since Long Fei’s driver’s license had not yet arrived, he could only let Lin Yingying drive him.

He kicked up his legs in the back, opened the window, leaned back in his seat, and leisurely lit up a cigarette.

From the rearview mirror, Lin Yingying caught a glimpse of him and said with dissatisfaction, "Who exactly is the CEO here?"

"What’s wrong?"

Long Fei furrowed his brow.

Lin Yingying said, "Have you ever seen a CEO driving for a bodyguard?"

Long Fei laughed, "Buddy, I don’t have a driver’s license, you see? Just bear with it for a few more days. Once it arrives, I’ll surely be your driver!"

Lin Yingying saw his smug look and slammed on the brakes.

"What’s happening now?"

Long Fei sat up straight as the car jerked to a stop, nearly throwing him out.

Lin Yingying instructed him, "Aren’t you going to take the driving test? Tonight’s free, so I’ll teach you!"

"Learn to drive?"

Long Fei looked around. There weren’t many cars on the road, but he wondered if there were any traffic police around?

Lin Yingying got out of the car and gestured for Long Fei to take the driver’s seat.

Long Fei, holding the steering wheel, said cluelessly, "I’ve never driven before! What if I end up in the sea?"

Lin Yingying thought for a moment and had him adjust the seat back.

She instructed Long Fei to spread his legs, and with a bend at the waist, squeezed into his embrace, sitting with him in the driver’s seat.

A faint fragrance wafted over, prompting him to take a deep breath.

He swallowed and stammered, "Director Lin, what are you, uh, doing?"

"Teaching you how to drive!"

Lin Yingying moved her foot forward, pressing the clutch and the accelerator, and explained, "Driving is easy. This is a manual transmission, you need to use the clutch. If it were automatic, you’d just press the gas and go."

She shifted into first gear, slowly lifted her left foot, used half-clutch to start the car, and demonstrated the whole process to Long Fei.

This was the first time Long Fei had seen such a method of teaching.

It was certainly vivid, but below was uncomfortable, uncomfortably tight.

Her hips leaning back against him, rubbing with the movement of the car, were truly unbearable.

"Did you remember all the steps?"

Lin Yingying stopped the car.

Her face was slightly flushed, clearly feeling a bit of Long Fei’s unease.

However, feeling a tingling herself which was rather pleasant, she decided not to call him out on it.

"I think I’ve got it!"

Long Fei’s attention was all on her, he hadn’t been listening.

Lin Yingying instructed, "Okay then, you demonstrate. I’ll work the clutch for you, and you just handle the steering wheel."

Long Fei nodded. When she pressed the clutch, he pushed the gearstick up to the left, engaging first gear.

As Lin Yingying started moving the car with half-clutch, she allowed him to steer along the road for a bit.

Their position was awkward, with Lin Yingying leaning completely into his arms.

His hands wrapped around the steering wheel from behind, his left cheek helplessly pressed against Lin Yingying’s right cheek, as his eyes widened to watch the road ahead.

With every segment they covered, their breathing grew heavier.

At the intersection, a motorcycle ran a red light, zooming past them with a buzz.

Long Fei quickly turned the steering wheel to the right.

Lin Yingying also slammed on the brakes at the same time.

Due to inertia and not wearing seat belts, both of them lurched forward.

With a quick reaction, Long Fei pushed out with his right foot and wrapped his arms around Lin Yingying, hurriedly leaning back.

Their bodies clung tightly together all at once.
