The two security guards had icy expressions and remained silent.

Lin Jiahui was surprised; he hadn’t expected the skinny old man to be so formidable.

Lin Jiahui looked at him, "Markus, my family is wealthy; I can give you any amount you need, you don’t have to do this!"

Looking up, he saw Lin Shanshan standing above him, holding a toothbrush cup and giggling at him.

Long Fei touched his head and his hand came away wet, the smell of toothpaste lingering.

He grumbled at her, "You little brat, are you asking for a spanking?"

Lin Shanshan pursed her lips and smiled mischievously, "You really don’t get it. This is the saliva of a beauty; so many people want it, but I don’t just give it away!"

"Hey, are you really asking for a beating?"

Long Fei pretended to move forward, and Lin Shanshan, frightened, ran away and with a thud closed the door behind her when she got home.

Amused by her reaction, Long Fei shook his head, went back to his room to change his clothes.

After Xu Dong came out, the two of them went to the company together.

On the way, Xu Dong asked Long Fei, "Boss, are you familiar with Caicai, the receptionist?"

"Not really, we just chat occasionally."

Long Fei shook his head and asked with a smile, "Why, have you taken a shine to her?"

"A bit!"

Xu Dong scratched his head and chuckled, "Yesterday after work, she suddenly asked me to go to a movie, and I went with her. Anyway, I had a really good time talking with her."

Long Fei was stunned as he read it and quickly checked out the WeChat ID.

This was a newly applied account, which normally would require real-name verification to join the group, but this number had not been verified.

Within a minute, this number was kicked out of the group.

The admin warned, "This is an internal communication group for the company. Please don’t just invite people at random. If you have any issues, please report them to the higher-level departments instead of spreading them in the group."

Soon after, the group started buzzing with discussions.

The admin repeatedly called for order, but people continued behaving any way they wanted to.

Zhang Yue, the HR manager, emerged forcefully in the group, sternly declaring, "I, Zhang Yue, have acted uprightly and have never corrupted a single cent. Whoever dares to spread rumors, I will record under the relevant discipline!"
