Chapter 293: Fighting For Survival

"Hiro," Yuki said with trembling eyes, his head laid against her lap, she couldn’t help it as tears slid out of her eyes and unto his cheeks. She sobbed, trying to stop the tears but they couldn’t lift up.

"You care for him," Sumi said and her teary eyes darted to her, Sumi was administering medical care to Hiro, her palms against his bleeding chest, a red glow erupting from them, leisurely healing Hiro’s wounds. Over the past month, they were able to discover that the fast healing qualities of a Bio-genetics can be transferred, just like when Haya saved Ten from death, she subconsciously healed his wounds without her realizing it, so they practiced that and were able to draw out their next line of ability but not all of them could do it because it requires deep concentration, for now, it was just Sumi and Mirai.

"I do," Yuki said without a waver in her tone. Her eyes saddened, as she gaze upon his unconscious face. She never thought she would be in this position, she never thought she would feel these things and it only makes her feel real, for the very first time, all because of Hiro, she could feel.

"I have someone I care about too," Sumi said, her lips in a thin line. "I thought pushing him away was the best thing, but it only hurts further" she faces Mirai beside them healing Kaneki as she cried. Yuki whirled too. "The strong will to survive and live for the one you love, my mother always thought death was a blessing for her, and I did too, but when there’s someone who’s your reason to keep fighting" she faced Yuki. "We hold on to it no matter what! That is why no matter how we hit the ground we have to keep going, not only for the sake of our loved ones but the whole world"

Yuki’s eyes trembled at her words.

The Queen Kaiju was on her feet but suddenly like a speed of lightning, Shino was already beside her, his eyes beaming dangerously, his dagger swinging around his hand and then he aim a hit but she dodged it with a smirk, about to do something but a spear came forth and she was forced to retreat, going backward, her bare feet sliding against the ground.

Multiple gunshots were fired and it greased her skin, Shino came again attacking, and Mizuki and Raiden kept giving nonstop shots, she was given no time to act.

’Smart children’ she thought with a smirk. Suddenly ten glowing rings slammed her chest, she stood her ground but the force was pending until she couldn’t hold it further.

"AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!" Ren shouts not backing down even as his nose bleed, he controlled his rings to go further until they were finally able to push her backward, she slammed the ground hard causing a huge crater, and then spun and away to a far distance.

Ren fell to his knees coughing blood. "REN!" they rushed to his side.

"We’re using all our strength, but it’s still not enough," Ren said drawing on his breath, knowing fully well that it was nothing.

At his words the Queen was up on her feet, her bones coming back in place, not even a scratch from all their attacks.

Shino’s teeth clenched hard, every one of their attacks healed, was she immortal?

"We need something stronger," Mosu said falling to one knee, he drawled on his breath as well as the others.

"She’s too powerful" Raiden murmured with a gulp, she was unlike any Kaiju they have faced, this wasn’t even compared to the Alphas or Colossal Kaijus.

"Children" she spoke, her mere voice sending chills to their bodies. "Why to fight" she mused. "I can make the pain all go away, only if you surrender"

"What are we 5?! There’s no way that will happen!" Mosu snapped at her, pointing a finger at her, his eyelid twitching. "You disgust me, bitch!"

She growled at his words, the mere sound shocking his earth.

"I think you pushed a button," Mizuki said. Trust Mosu to always do stuff like that.

Raiden slammed his palm against his forehead.

"I need to get close so that I can use my Time Pause," Shino said in a low tone. This caught their attention. "And then we give it all we got" he adds sternly.

"That I will agree," Mosu said smirking, his spear levitating beside him.

"We get one chance at this, I don’t think she will let such repeat," Ren said. "I have been observing her, she closely watching our moves"

"We get this right this time," Raiden said determinedly.

"Together," Shino said.

"Roger!" They replied in unison.

Shino’s eyes darted to the healing company. ’Still enough time before Hiro and Kaneki get back on their feet’ he thought his eyes forward but his body ran in a cold chill.

"Planning?" The Queen said, her face mere inches away from his, he panicked drawing his dagger forward but his arm was ripped off.

"SHINO!!!" with a kick, he was zapped backward.

The Queen grabbed Mosu by his throat, his spear acted but she caught it before it could do any damage and she broke it apart, Mosu struggled to break free but he couldn’t.

Raiden and Mizuki fired their guns at her, but with a palm, she blocked it using Mosu’s body to fling at them.

Ren came next, he sent his rings at her, but with a kick, it was sent back to him and it slammed into his chest, he was pushed to the ground at the force.

"Ease yourself children" she spoke as she floated to the air and the yellow round orb centered on her forehead gleamed and tentacles busted out from her back.

They watch in horror, she intends to wipe them out in one go.

"Let me take the pain away" she mused. "Painlessly"

A bright light wiped everything in sight, covering the entire area.
