Sumi stood before her fathers dead body in the pool of his own blood. Her body still and cold, her grip on the knife reminded tightly, her lifeless dark pink eyes on his body, her clothes stained with red.

’Does any of that matters?’ Her jaw tightened.

’This world is...’ tears slide down here cheeks.

’Hell’

Her footsteps could she heard, she walked like a zombie still bathed in blood, the habitants of the neighbourhood seeing her, gasped, and pointed fingers, some getting really to call the police.

’Are there any good things in hell?’

Suddenly the earth shocked but she was nonchalant to it.

’Is there happiness?’ The memory of her mom’s face smiling at her flashed in her head before burning away.

She came to the halt and that very moment the Chemical Plant exploded, going up in an enormous explosion, the destruction coming forth, people dash pass her in panic, bumping into her but she didn’t care, she didn’t fret and all sounds were lost to her ears.

She finally raised her gaze seeing the forthcoming destruction that neared clearing the building and everything in sight.

’Maybe i will go to a better place’ the knife fell from her grip. ’Anywhere better than here’ the destruction waved past her.

The cover of the sandy smokescreen and the air carrying glass and rubbles. And yet she was still, her head up high... awaiting death.

’I tired to make the pain stop sometimes’

A memory flashed in head, when she held a knife to her wrist but her mom caught her and slapped her bringing her to reality and saying the same words to her.

"When you have someone the world is less cruel!"

Sumi flashed her eyes open, her mom’s words echoing in her head, she was back to reality, Shino’s hand holding hers tightly, pulling her with him.

Uncontrollable tears stream down her cheeks more than she could handle.

’I found it mom’ her lips quivered. ’I finally found someone’

They came to a halt where everyone was gathered. The remaining Bio-genetics, the hot tears slide down her cheeks, Shino faces her puzzled at why she was crying.

’I found friends...’ she used the back of her hand to wipe her tears.

’My life changed the moment I awoke in that white room with 99 kids’ the memory flashing in her head.

’When we were told about the end of the world I was happy... because i knew there was no going to the past. But...’ her lips pressed in a thin.

’We fought together, we cried together, so many were gone, I was protected’ her teary eyes on Shino. ’Someone like me... was cared for’ she wiped her eyes once again.

"Sumi... you’re not alone anymore... lean on your comrades more okay?"

She remembered General Anzai’s last words to her.

’That’s right’ she raised her head. ’I have a future, one I would fight with them... we will take back the surface and build a better life’

"So what’s the plan?" She asked.

Shino faces the rest of the strike Team.

"We’re all here but one isn’t" Mosu said his arms folded against his chest.

"Hiro huh?" Shino said.

Yuki’s eyes saddened at the mention of his name.

"Do you know where he is Yuki?" Shino asked.

"He’s wants to be alone" she answers in a firm voice that sounded faint.

"Well he better get his ass here, we’re all suffering loss too!" Mosu said irritated.

"Mosu!" Raiden says placing a hand on his shoulder. "You know Hiro was closet with General Anzai the most"

"Hmph!" He looks away.

"All of us gotta be here, we have no time to mourn even if we want to" Shino said as his fist clenched hard. "Yuki. You have to tell us where he is"

Her lips pressed in a thin line.

"This war is not over" he says in a stern voice the strong wind coming in due to their location, they were on a rooftop.

Ren gulped at his words knowing what he said was true.

"Either we go to the Queen or she comes for what’s left of humanity"

Hiro was seated on the edge of a building, his head hanging down making the bangs of his red hair cover his face, his blind gaze to the ground about 16 feet from him, the wind whistled around him, making his hair swirl with its movement.

"General Anzai," Hiro said faintly, he didn’t understand what he was about to do.

"Hiro" Anzai began the blue light circling on Anzai’s body along with Haya’s energy.

"Haya... what are you doing?" Hiro demanded.

Haya was shaking as tears gushed from her eyes.

"HAYA!"

Anzai’s body gave a loud pulse. ’This feeling’ Hiro thought with shaky eyes.

"General Anzai!"

Anzai turned and Hiro froze because he felt it. Anzai had a smile on his lips, cracks of blue energy covered his body. He said something but it was inaudible, Hiro’s eyes widened in pure shock.

"NOW HAYA!"

His lips quivered, the last moment of General Anzai played in his head over and over again. His teeth clenched, as more tears slide down his cheeks.

’Again...’ the last moments of his parents death played in his head. ’Again!’ His fist clenched hard to the point it almost drew blood.

His eyes gleamed the brightest blue and blue energy swirled around him chaotic.

He raised his head, his bio-genetics eyes to a distance where he felt the Queen resides where it all began.

’I’m coming for you!’ He rose to his feet as his hair went wild due to the force of the enegry around him, his features almost animalistic. He stretched his hand forward but tightened it to a fist.

’I will put an end to all of this’ more tears sliding down his cheeks. ’For all the pain you caused and everything you destroyed’ his teeth clenched showing some elongated tooth.
