Chapter 283: <ERASE> Part 1

’Raphael turned 92 years old this year. It’s been a long time, quite a long time after he fell asleep to be precise. He is showing no sign of waking up and his body is always in bad shape.

Due to my healing magic, he has been keeping up with the process. I can also feel his divine Qi turned 1 stage a decade ago but after that, he stopped growing and focused on his brain development.

Raphael is an old god who lived for millions of years before his death. He has more than trillions of information stored in his record and that’s what is taking him so long to wake up. His brain is busy downloading all those memories but the weight it’s carrying is too much for his brain, leading his life to grave danger. But I’m here, sitting and healing him for almost 5 decades. I better say I have godly patience. Sitting in the same spot and doing the same thing for almost 5 decades, I should give myself an award.’

Looking at Raphael, Viktor sighed, opened his record with his left hand and saw what Raphael was going to wake up. The record said he was going to wake up when his age hit 100, 8 more years to go.

So he put his record back and called Uranium.

*MASTER, I’m here to assist you.*

"How’s the test sub doing?"

*After you ordered me to shut him down, he hasn’t shown any sign of moving or thinking. It is still sleeping.*

"I see, have you prepared your daily report?"

*Yes, shall I project it?*

"Go ahead."

After listening to Uranium’s babbling for an hour, Viktor became tired and focused on healing Raphael. He looked the same as he was 38 years ago and hadn’t grown a single inch, which means he was still that tiny 5 ’5 small boy with short hair.

Also, something shocked him so much that he sometimes thinks he failed as a father. But then, Viktor remembers that gods and demigods do not have gender. They are spiritual beings and the terms of mortal don’t go with them.

Which made Gods and Demigods agender, asexual beings, and they can take the form of anyone from man to woman. But that doesn’t mean the god has a fixed sex. It’s their personal choice to take the form they like.

Raphael, when he was under the protection of the god of dungeons, he indeed had the form of a man. But he never said he was a man. But when he wakes up from his sleep, he will change his form from male to female.

But he would still look like a man since he is small and cute. And that was roasting Viktor’s brain.

’I always thought of you as my son but why did you become a woman-_-. It’s not like I am angry but being a woman will make me protect you more-_-. My point of view will change so much! Ahh...!’

Viktor sighed and looked at his record again. He was thinking how he could destroy the tower that exists in Helsia and how to wage war in heaven.

At that time, he saw a glimpse of Lucifer but he quickly vanished. He was plotting something different from Viktor’s back but that in that odd chance, he failed and died by Name’s hand

On the other hand, Viktor saw Adonis working as the great general of the heavenly army full of evil gods and winning the war. Viktor was also joining the war but the war was four thousand years after Viktor destroyed the tower and came back from where he was in order to obtain the final ingredient.

But in that part of the future, Lucifer wasn’t there. He died and he was sent to complete his reincarnation circle. His territory was maintained by Lucifer’s right-hand man and Ifrit was given his formal lover’s territory to rule, so the realm of guardians which was in grave danger, was saved.

But Viktor couldn’t figure out why and how he died and what made Name postpone his dinner party for that long?

After looking for so many future ways, he found out his twin brother Elesis Sirir joined hands with Name in order to destroy every evil without knowing that Name and that being hosted in the underworld was a pure evil themselves.

Name thought he could use Elesis to lure me but that didn’t work since I never showed up after Lucifer betrayed me. Adonis just walked out of it after I said not to get involved in this war too much.

There are loads of events that will take place before the war so I am not going to worry myself too much. The war and the dinner party were postponed because the tower suddenly disappeared. Not just one, but every single dungeon and tower creature by Raphael, vanished into thin air. Not to mention, the system Raphael created was the foundation of the god of dungeons territory which also got destroyed in the middle of the process.

A king of gods suddenly losing everything kinda tricked everyone so the war and the dinner party got postponed, giving me enough time to go and collect the final ingredient I wished for.

But it was unavoidable that Lucifer would die. Sometimes I can’t see Lucifer at all, but when I can see him, he is either on a different team who supports neither of the teams and sometimes he is aiding Name. I can also see he is on the same team as us but he has lost his king position as the king of evil. How? I can’t see it.

The destruction of heaven is also not guaranteed because sometimes the Void erases so many gods. After all, they violated the principle rules. Since the void has taken place during the war, no immortals were hurt because it was solved quickly.’

Viktor sighed and mumbled again,

’But there is one in a nonillion chance of that happening. There are too many variables of so many things happening in a single event. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I have seen an event having seven million different ways but a nonillion? I wonder which one will happen.....’

Viktor closed his record and focused on healing Raphael because it was the only thing he could do right now.

Meanwhile some years ahead in Erok where Viktor was previously working on his quest...

Hero Akira, the leader of the Hero team from Earth came to Erok more than 10 years ago to kill the demon lord, save the planet from destruction and secure the item they were hiding.

For the past 10 years, the hero team has become smaller because of the sudden death of a brave hero who used archery. After their professor, Viktor, died by fighting a dragon, their relationship with the imperial palace became worse. Because it had been 10 years since they came, they were unable to find the entrance of the demon’s territory, let alone kill the demon lord.

They searched almost everywhere on the planet but they couldn’t find any clue related to the demon’s territory.

The demon lord never showed up.

They started to doubt the prediction of the imperial church, declared by the saintness. They believed the demon lord would appear right after the hero’s arrival but their prediction didn’t come to light. People were starting to lose faith and they said the heroes were never needed.

They worried for nothing.

So, in order to control and fully utilize the heroes power, the king ordered them to marry into the royal family and give birth to a strong future generation since it was the least they could do for the kingdom of Romos.

But the remaining 3 heroes rejected the king’s offer and fled the kingdom. Ever since that day, they were nowhere to be found.

Akira’s POV:

’It’s been a while since we ran away from Romos kingdom. It’s been 2 years, huh? To think that I am getting used to this world is really funny. I wonder what others think.’

After he ran away from Romos, Akira took shelter beside a sea with his 2 friends and built a house in a small town where fishermen lived. They used fake identities to live there as normal people.

Akira became a hunter, his friend Liz became a boatman and his other friend who was a female fell in love with Liz and married him.

Now, she’s a housewife and takes care of her one-year-old daughter. Sometimes, she sells potions by using the alchemy knowledge she acquired from the imperial library.

All three of them were living a good life until Liz suddenly found some trace of black magic.

He informed Akira about this matter and found out there was indeed an existence of the demon territory and there were some people who were worshipping the evil being.

’This is very suspicious... The place where they held a ritual is the place where Professor Viktor died. Why are they performing a ritual here? Are they trying to summon the demon lord or opening the door to the demon’s territory?’

He stayed there for 3 days with Liz and at the end of the 4th day, he noticed the ritual was complete.

The magical pattern on the floor was glowing and it suddenly turned into a door. The person who walked out of the door was someone so strong, so powerful that not even a leaf of a tree could dare to move. But there was no presence of that man. He looked as if he didn’t exist there. It was only the air which was heavy.

But Akira and the other two were shocked for a different reason. The person they saw wasn’t the demon lord. It was their professor Victor and he had the mark ’Boss’ above his head.

He was the demon lord of this world whom they were supposed to kill. It was nobody but their professor Viktor. But they all knew something wasn’t right.

The professor they knew died 12 years ago. The person they were looking at was way more mature, he looked similar to Viktor but not quietly. The way he looked was a little different from the person they knew before.

So they immediately realised what they were looking at. It was black magic and the person they were looking at was indeed the demon lord who took the form of Viktor from his remains on the ground. Since he was a great magician, his blood contained the finest mana which was the best ingredient for the black magician to summon the demon lord.

That’s why the demon lord looked like Viktor.

But they had no idea it was their professor himself but with a different body since he had lived in that host for more than 100 years. It was normal for him to change.

They just misunderstood the whole situation and created a scenario to calm their mind. Because they know their professor died and would never do such a thing. He was never the demon lord they were asked to kill.

Even so, doubt already spread in their heart with Its roots. They knew it was Viktor, they just knew it.
