Parked by the roadside, inside the car, Ji Yang and Qian Huifang had been "battling" it out for quite some time now.

Qian Huifang laughed, "She’s focused on her herbal medicine company. She plans to bring in an herbal market here. If it takes off, it could be very promising."

"That’s true," Ji Yang said, "You could contract more land to grow herbs and so forth. Then, with the herbal market and the herbs from the mountains here, you might really be able to create something unique."

"She wants to collaborate with you to help you gain some political accomplishments."

Shaking his head, Ji Yang replied, "No need to involve me; just work with Yan Xingshun. If you two help each other out, they won’t know who to deal with."

Qian Huifang laughed and said, "You really do know how to stir things up."

"I won’t get involved in too many things for a while. I just need to keep things stable. While you have a connection with He Chengjun, you can take advantage of that to gain more benefits."

"He proposed five hundred housing units, but I’m worried that if we build so many, we won’t be able to sell them all. What should we do?"

"With the current real estate situation, as long as a portion of the houses sell, plus the bank loans, there shouldn’t be any large problems. Rest assured, the housing prices here will rise soon. By then, there won’t be any issues with sales, right?"

Qian Huifang said, "With these rural villas here, one unit is just over a hundred thousand or so. With a down payment of twenty thousand, they can be secured. If there really are no buyers, I plan to stockpile them, but I’m just worried about funding."

"I found some wild ginseng in the mountains last time; someone is helping me sell it. Soon I’ll have a sum of money, then I can help stockpile some houses too."

Qian Huifang inquired about the ginseng, "Really, will there be money?"

"I’ve had someone evaluate it. Each of my ginseng roots is several years old, worth around a million each. A few million should be there. I’ll use all that money to secure houses. I expect that once tourism here kicks off, there won’t be any issue selling houses. We might even make a large profit. By then, I’ll invest that money to support He Chengjun’s real estate development, so everybody knows how I earned my money."

Qian Huifang started laughing; she felt more and more that Ji Yang was very scheming.

"Having heard what you’ve said, I’m even more confident about this project now."

"Don’t worry, there will definitely be no problems."

At that moment, the more Qian Huifang looked at Ji Yang, the more she liked him. This man was not like Old Zhang; he was strong in many aspects.

"You could build the houses closer to Wushu Village, where there are hot springs. The village head and others are developing it too, so that area will probably get even livelier," Ji Yang suggested.

"Why don’t we just build the complex in Wushu Village directly?"

"Then we’ll build in the middle area, taking care of both sides. That would work great."

Ji Yang said, "You guys can decide that; wherever is fine."

"Did your second sister and you have that sort of relationship?" Qian Huifang suddenly asked.

Ji Yang was startled but then replied, "Yes."

"I knew it."

Qian Huifang curiously asked, "Your second sister isn’t easy with anyone, how did you two get started?"

Ji Yang didn’t quite know his own feelings toward the Qian Sisters; he was just curious about their dynamic. So, he recounted the incident with Qian Huizhen.

Unexpectedly, as Ji Yang told the story, Qian Huifang seemed to become impassioned, her movements growing faster.
