"What happened?" Ji Yang grew curious.

"That country’s situation is very complicated."

Cao Li wasn’t very clear about this matter and puzzledly said, "What kind of investment promotion does that country have? It seems more like our country is investing there. Logically, there isn’t much for your bureau to be involved, right?"
