One of the officers nodded, "We have investigated it. This person goes by the nickname Lai Head. He usually does nothing but eat and be lazy. It was just him and his old mother at home. His mother used to take care of everything, while he did nothing. When his mother became seriously ill, he paid no mind and still had his mother cook, wash clothes, and clean while ill. In the end when she couldn’t get out of bed because of her illness, he still didn’t bring her to the clinic."

"It was only when he had no one to tend to him and nowhere to eat that he had no choice but to bring his old mother here. But alas, it was too late. Doctor Liu did all he could, but she passed away in just a couple of days."

"Lai Head buried his mother and then was left alone in his house."
