Chapter 428: Chapter 428 Tang Tang is Angry

Tang Tang woke up from her dream, looked around and didn’t see her mother, so she turned her gaze towards the window.

Sunlight streamed in through the window screen, casting mottled light and shadow. A gentle breeze swayed the screen lightly.

"Han~"

Tang Tang let out a silly laugh, waved her little hand towards the window, and immediately a breeze wrapped around her fingertip, traveling along her arm toward her body.

Like a mischievous spirit, it brushed past her chubby chin, slid over her lips, climbed up to her nose tip, gently rubbed her eyelids, and finally messed up her hair...

"Han~han~"

Tang Tang rolled over and sat up, grabbed towards the void, and the breeze slipped out of her fingers, multiplying into several little spirits that climbed onto her shoulders.

"Oh~oh..."

Tang Tang tilted her little head slightly, seemingly whispering to them.

The wind left Tang Tang’s shoulders, twisting around in the room, finally forming a gust that blew out of the window.

A shell wind chime hanging under the window sill rang out pleasantly, manifesting the language of the wind at this moment.

Tang Tang looked at the swaying shells, a curious look in her eyes.

She couldn’t remember when they were hung up.

So she quickly slid off the bed, came to the window, clung to the window sill, stood on tiptoes, and craned her neck to look upwards.

"Huff huff huff..."

She pouted her tiny lips, blew hard at the wind chime; the originally still wind chime swayed again.

"Han~han~"

She turned and dashed out of the room, still in her cute little pajamas, like a little radish sprite.

Ruan Hongzhuang and the others had already gotten up and were packing things, preparing to leave.

Seeing Tang Tang rush out in a flurry, they were all somewhat surprised looking at her.

Tang Tang, who was just about to go find Sister Taozi, froze and looked around at them and the big bags in their hands.

Instantly, she widened her eyes in surprise.

"Take me."

After saying this, she hurriedly ran back.

"What did she say?" Ruan Hongzhuang asked Jiang Yingxue next to her.

"How would I know?"

Everyone looked at each other in confusion.

Mao Sanmei even put down the things in her hands, ready to check the room.

Just then, Tang Tang ran out of the room again, dragging her big bad bear.

She ran over to Jiang Yingxue and spread her arms, saying, "Run."

"It’s ’hug,’ not ’run,’" Jiang Yingxue corrected.

"No, we can’t take you today."

Mao Sanmei quickly picked up Tang Tang.

Ruan Hongzhuang picked up her phone, wrote a few words, and showed them to Mao Sanmei.

It said to take Tang Tang to the amusement park today and that the expenses would come from her living allowance.

After Mao Sanmei read it, she still wanted to say something, but Ruan Hongzhuang had already bent over to pick up the things she had put down earlier and walked toward the door with her parents.

Tang Tang, seeing that they were leaving without her, immediately became anxious.

"Oh~oh~, hm~hm..."

She widened her eyes in effort, indicating she was very angry, and struggled in her mother’s arms, trying to follow them.

Jiang Yingxue heard the sound, turned back, and waved to her with a smile.

"Bye-bye, be good at home."

Then casually closed the door.

Seeing them leave, Mao Sanmei then put down the little bean jumping in her arms like a small carp.

Tang Tang ran angrily to the front door and "fiercely" kicked it twice with her little feet.

Then quickly bowed her head to look at her little feet.

She wore frog-shaped slippers on her feet, and the mouth part was a bit squashed by her kicks.

She immediately, with a furrowed brow, bent down to wipe them, trying to smooth them out with her hands.

The soft slippers quickly returned to their original shape, and she finally breathed a sigh of relief.

But standing there, the more she thought about it, the angrier she got, so she turned and ran towards the balcony.

Mao Sanmei didn’t know what she wanted to do, but hurriedly followed her from behind.

Tang Tang strode to the balcony with great momentum.

Then looked down along the balcony railing.

Soon she saw the figures of Ruan Hongzhuang’s family of three.

So she immediately puffed up her cheeks, blowing down with all her might.

The three were just about to put the stuff in their hands into the car when a sudden mischievous wind rose out of nowhere, squinting their eyes, messing up their hair, and fluttering their clothes...

But the gust came quickly and went quickly.

"What’s going on? Where did the wind come from?" Ruan Xiangqian rubbed his eyes, very puzzled.

Jiang Yingxue and Ruan Hongzhuang mother and daughter were the first to look up towards their home’s balcony, and sure enough, they saw Tang Tang clinging to the railing, her little head stuck in between, looking at them angrily.

Ruan Hongzhuang waved at her with some amusement.

Then another gust of wind came face on, blowing her hair wildly backward.

"Han~, bad egg..." Tang Tang finally calmed down.

Turned back inside, getting ready to look for Sister Taozi to play.

"This little thing, such a temper, wonder who’ll be able to handle her in the future." Jiang Yingxue said, somewhat amused and helpless.

"Don’t worry, there’s Si Yuan." Ruan Hongzhuang said.

"That’s true."

They all had great confidence in Shen Siyuan.

"What are you talking about?" Ruan Xiangqian asked, a bit confused.

"Nothing much, let’s go, don’t waste time." Jiang Yingxue remembered the important affairs.

So the three of them didn’t delay anymore and got into the car directly.

Actually, the gifts Jiang Yingxue and Ruan Hongzhuang bought earlier were already in the car. What they just brought down from upstairs was some stuff Ruan Xiangqian had brought from home.

Meanwhile, Shen Siyuan’s parents and grandma also got up early and started bustling around.

Not only indoors, but even the courtyard was cleaned thoroughly and sprinkled with water.

Besides that, some stir-fried vegetables were washed, cut, and placed on plates.

In short, the whole family was ready, eagerly awaiting the arrival of Ruan Hongzhuang’s parents.

"Son, call Ruan Ruan, ask where they are now..."

"Son, ask Ruan Ruan if they’ve had breakfast, if not, I’ll have your dad prepare it for them..."

"Son, ask Ruan Ruan if they know the way, make sure they don’t get lost..."

"Son, what kind of people are Ruan Ruan’s parents, are they easy to talk to..."

...

"Your mom is so naggy." Grandma whispered beside Shen Siyuan.

"I heard that." Huang Huijuan said loudly.

"Loud voice, but ears this good." Grandma mumbled.

"Mom, why are you more nervous than me, it’s not a big deal." Shen Siyuan comforted.

"Not a big deal? Then what is?" Huang Huijuan retorted immediately.

"Alright, alright, don’t be anxious..." Shen Siyuan went over and patted her on the back lightly.

Actually, Huang Huijuan has some social anxiety, not very good at dealing with people, kind of homebody by today’s standards, though children are an exception.

"How can I not be anxious? If the mother-in-law is hard to talk to, then there’s no daughter-in-law for you."

"Don’t worry, it’s alright. Ruan Ruan being with me, her parents have long known, long since acquiesced. If they were really hard to get along with, they would’ve already had you meet them. Why would they come personally?"

"That’s true, you make good sense."

As they were talking, the sound of a car horn came from outside the courtyard gate.

"Have they arrived yet?"

Huang Huijuan quickly went outside, and Shen Jianjun in the kitchen also put down what he was doing and came out.

Shen Siyuan strode forward and opened the half-closed door, and sure enough, saw a car driving towards his house, with Ruan Xiangqian driving, so he quickly opened the door wide, letting him park the car inside the compound.

Sitting in the front passenger seat, Jiang Yingxue waved at Shen Siyuan first, then her gaze landed on Huang Huijuan behind him.

She seemed a little dazed, and even felt a bit nervous for a moment.
