Chapter 925 You Take Full Responsibility

Chapter 925: Chapter 925 You Take Full Responsibility

Yan Huan thought it over and realized that she really had inexplicably landed a punch on him—she was at fault, she was unreasonable.

"I was indeed impulsive just now, and I apologize to you for that. Is that okay now? If you’re willing, I can take you to get your wound treated?"

"No need," Cheng Yue said lazily. "Considering you are Teacher Yan’s younger sister, I won’t hold it against you. But don’t let it happen again, okay!"

"Fine," Yan Huan agreed.

"Let’s leave it at that then!" Cheng Yue said as he reached out to Yan Huan. "Give me a hand up!"

"Can’t you get up by yourself? I hurt your face, not your legs!" What’s with this guy being so finicky?

"Is this the attitude of someone admitting their mistake?" Cheng Yue raised an eyebrow at her. "You’re not even willing to help me up?"

"Fine! I’ll help you up, okay?" Yan Huan was in a hurry to deliver something to Yan Ye and didn’t want to waste time here, so she reached out her hand to Cheng Yue.

Cheng Yue took Yan Huan’s hand, ready to heave himself up.

He suddenly noticed that Yan Huan’s hand was very dry and soft, the skin on the back of her hand was delicate, and her fingers were slender, not at all like a soldier’s hand.

"At first glance, it’s obvious you haven’t been training properly. Otherwise, how would a soldier have such soft and delicate hands!" Cheng Yue commented as he stood up.

"Hey! Did you ask for my help just to take advantage of me?" Yan Huan was angry and tried to withdraw her hand, not wanting to let this frivolous man take advantage of her.

But when she suddenly yanked her hand away!

Cheng Yue’s grip on nothing, his force was abruptly removed, and his body couldn’t maintain its balance well, so he lurched forward.

Yan Huan quickly took a few steps back, her heel stumbling over a stone, and her whole body fell backward.

"Watch out!" Cheng Yue yelled and grabbed Yan Huan’s waist. In the moment she was about to fall, he forcefully twisted their positions.

Immediately after, there was a loud thud.

Cheng Yue fell to the ground first, and Yan Huan landed heavily on top of him.

"Ah~ That hurts like hell," Cheng Yue cried out.

"Are you okay?" Yan Huan, thinking he had hit the back of his head, quickly reached to feel it, checking if he was bleeding or injured.

"What are you thinking, big sister!" Cheng Yue looked at her, wanting to cry without tears. "It’s not the back that hurts, it’s the front!"

Then, he pointed to his groin. "It hurts here! Your knee hit my..."

Yan Huan’s face flushed hot, thankful it was too dark to see her embarrassment; otherwise, she would die of shame. "I thought it felt soft."

"Then why don’t you get up!!!" Cheng Yue roared at her. "Just so you know, if you break something, you’re taking full responsibility!"

"Wishful thinking!" Yan Huan said as she started to get up. "It’s all your fault. You were stalling when I was trying to help you up, so who’s to blame?"

"Stop wasting words! Hurry up!" Cheng Yue urged her urgently.

Yan Huan glared at him fiercely. In the silver moonlight, Cheng Yue caught a glimpse of a questionable blush on her face.

"Wait a minute!" Yan Huan’s knee accidentally brushed against Cheng Yue’s groin again, realizing that what felt soft when they fell was now hard as a rock.

She wasn’t a naive girl; although she had never been with a man, she had heard the older sisters in the army talk about what that meant.

Men only reaction like this when they had bad intentions.

"Cheng Yue, you’re shameless! What are you thinking?" Yan Huan said angrily as she raised her fist and punched him hard in the chest.
