Chapter 180: Chapter 179: Seizing the Opportunity to Make a Point

The commotion turned out to be quite effective; she really did get into that school.

But not long after she started, she found that the Director of Studies had a knack for finding trouble with her, necessary or not.

It was only through hushed discussions among her classmates that An Hao learned the original student from the neighboring village, who could’ve gotten into a middle school with the lowest scores, happened to be the Director of Studies’ own nephew.

With An Hao’s upheaval, the Director’s nephew naturally missed out on the opportunity, so that’s when her grudge with the Director of Studies started.

Over the years, the Director hadn’t caught her in any serious trouble, at most giving her a hard time or scolding her here and there.

But looking at the Director’s demeanor today, An Hao felt he was about to make a mountain out of a molehill.

True to her suspicions, upon hearing An Hao speak, the Director slammed his fist on the table and pointed at An Hao’s nose bellowing, "Are you the director, or am I the director? I’ve been a director for so many years, I don’t need you to lecture me."

"Since you know how to be a good director, you should be fair and just. You called me here, and before I said a word, you’ve already convicted me." She wouldn’t carry the can for this; the charge was too serious.

"Alright, alright! You, with your sharp tongue! I won’t quibble over this with you. You say you didn’t do it, bring out the evidence then."

Hearing her words, An Hao couldn’t help but laugh out of anger, "I’ve never heard such nonsense. Since you’re saying I pushed her, you produce the evidence. With so many people around the school, how can you just say I pushed her?"

"It was you who pushed me. Everyone saw me fall into the puddle," Song Yueqin sobbed and played the victim.

"With that kind of logic, if a pig falls into a puddle, was it also me who pushed it?" This was clearly unreasonable.

"Who are you calling a pig?" Song Yueqin said with tears in her eyes, turning to the Director, "Director, look at this, she even dares to insult me in front of you!"

"You are verbally abusing and physically attacking a classmate. I think your morals are corrupted, and there is a problem with your ideological attitude," the Director aggressively heaped two more accusations on An Hao.

An Hao realized she would never get the upper hand against the Director.

He called her up just because he really wanted to settle the score with her.

"I’m morally corrupt and there’s a problem with my thinking, you’re right," An Hao didn’t deny it at all. Looking at the Director with a nauseating expression, she spared no mercy in her reply, "Even if I have these issues, it’s because you, the Director, have failed to educate me properly. The root is with you. Given that, what right do you have to lecture me?"

"Hey, you little brat! You’re infuriating me!" The Director was really about to explode with anger.

Nobody knew what her tongue was made of, so sharp, and every time she faced off with him, he ended up defeated.

The Director had nothing left to say, and An Hao walked out without looking back, "If you have nothing else, I’m leaving now. The homeroom teacher is lecturing downstairs, and I can’t afford the delay with the college entrance exam coming up; I don’t have time to waste here with you."

As An Hao’s footsteps faded in the distance, the Director furiously banged the table inside the room.

After calming her tears, Song Yueqin turned to the Director and said, "Director, you must stand up for me. With her bullying classmates, talking back to teachers, and attitude so deplorable, the school should just expel her."

"Expel?!" The Director hesitated, as expulsion was no small matter.
