He deeply despised Ma Mei’s behavior and actions.

"Director Yan, without proof, you cannot just accuse me. If you bring the evidence in front of me, I will confess without a word. But if there’s no evidence, please don’t falsely accuse me." With these words, she stood up from her chair, turned around, and left the office.
