Chapter 100: Chapter 86 The difference between players is quite big_2

"When we first set up the guild, it was just for us students to have some fun together, a guild to make things more convenient," Passion Fruit said, "Young Master threw his weight around because he’s rich, so he became the guild leader.

No one really listens to him anyway, so no one cares," she added.

Hill remembered their black leather outfit and even the Elder asked, "Didn’t you guys just fight for him last time?"

"It’s fun!" Mango said curtly, "He paid for the looks."

Fun is virtually the only criterion for these chuunibyou teenagers.

"Snow Old Dog really has some nerve," Sui Chen muttered under his breath.

The expressions on the face of the two mages from Black and White Path couldn’t agree more.

"We’ve got numbers on our side!" Passion Fruit said, looking displeased at the others’ expressions, "It’s not just our school’s students anymore."

"But you can’t control it!" An Idler complained.

Sui Chen glanced at An Idler and said, "If An Idler became our guild leader..."

"Breaking up the guild would be a blessing," Old Age Striking King interjected, "It would be mayhem among our own. And you, Idler! Are you dumb? Can’t you just stop talking?" she scolded, staring him down.

An Idler made a zipping motion over his mouth, defeated. He sat down on the sofa and closed his eyes to rest.

Sui Chen said to the two mages from Wenjian, "Each guild has its own way of managing. As long as our own people are satisfied, that’s all that matters. Don’t mind him."

Mango, draping an arm over Passion Fruit’s shoulders, sighed uncontrollably as he looked at the Young Master who was ignoring everyone and then sat down without saying another word.

"Alright!" The Young Master jumped up excitedly, "Old Dog said he’s coming right over."

He then said to Hill with a grin, "He said it’s on behalf of the entire Alliance. We need two Purification Arrays!"

Hill nodded, "I’ll go down and start engraving them first thing tomorrow morning."

"Old Dog flying over here himself, one wonders if he might end up lost in Wolf’s Den," the Young Master said to himself.

"Firstly, he’s not coming over by himself," Passion Fruit couldn’t help but interject, "And secondly, do you think you’re him?" she challenged.

"Pfft."

Hill couldn’t help but laugh to himself: The Student Guild really is more fun.

"There are lights in the shop," Old Age Striking King said, hugging her knees, "As long as Snow Old Dog isn’t blind, he can see them."

"Hahaha," the Young Master laughed oblivious to the frustrated Passion Fruit, "He should be able to see indeed!"

Hill felt that Old Age Striking King understood the Young Master’s way of thinking better, perhaps because she spent more time with An Idler?

The conversation seemed to wind down, and Rain Falling on Mortal Dust walked over gently: "Mr. Hill, Snow Cloud Peak, that is, our Alliance Hierarch, would like to inspect the exact spots himself. He wants to set the two Arrays apart, preferably in such a way that one can’t be seen from the other, but vice versa is possible.

He’s bringing additional mages to clear out the Magical Beasts in the caves.

It won’t be necessary to bother Mr. Hill, but he does hope that Mr. Hill can purchase the Magical Beast carcasses."

Hill nodded: "No problem. That level of curse isn’t a problem for me. I can take them. I won’t underprice you all. But you best not take them elsewhere to sell!

His Majesty the King should be fine with it."

Rain Falling on Mortal Dust nodded gratefully, "Thank you very much. I’ll let him know."

Then he dragged Sui Chen off to ask about the things they had just mentioned.

Hill overheard his suddenly louder voice, "Young Master isn’t managing again? What the #%@$! I’ll tell Old Dog about it, Wenjian’s folks should really have someone in charge, right?" Then Rain Falling on Mortal Dust lowered his voice and said softly, "It’d be great if Two Lines of Bamboo really took a liking to him. Has Old Dog gone mad? Are Student Guilds that easy to manage?"

"I’ll send a message to our guild’s Priests later," Passion Fruit said loudly, "They’ll go learn if they’re interested!" Emphasizing she said, "Wouldn’t it be better if you all first discuss who should go to learn? Once you go, then I’ll send the message."

"Otherwise the whole world will know," Mango added slowly, "Don’t expect them to keep it a secret. It’s more than just students from one school."

"They won’t learn themselves, but will surely spread the news on the forums at the speed of light," Passion Fruit had completely given up the struggle, "All I can do is wait until you all have your arrangements in place."

Rain Falling on Mortal Dust’s face turned stern as she picked up a tablet and began typing furiously, "I’ll have Old Dog handle this first before coming over."

Members of Black and White Path were also rapidly typing away.

"Magic Cult, Black Rose, Black and White Path, Long Wind Arises, Ink, Night Hawk, Battle Field, plus Wenjian," mumbled the Old Age Striking King. "When I get back, I won’t be able to squeeze in, right?"

Hill thought to himself, their Alliance sure has a lot of people, huh? The other side must be similar, or else it wouldn’t be a confrontation—it would be a crush.

"Old Age, what are you trying to learn?" An Idler chimed in, "If you could learn it, you wouldn’t need to play as a Priest. All you have is the heart of a DPS, but not the skills."

The Old Age Striking King was furious.

The others almost instantly scattered away.

Hill sat there dumbfounded, watching the small figure charge like a cannonball while cursing, "Idler, are you taking advantage of my good will?" as he started walloping the Idler with his hands and feet.

What a formidable aura!

An Idler covered his own face firmly with his hands: "Not the face, not the face!"

"With that hideously ugliness of yours, what’s the point of covering it up?" the Old Age Striking King bellowed, "You’re even wearing a green hat, who would look at you?"

"It’s clearly blue!" retorted An Idler unwillingly, "Besides, I’m not ugly. I just have distinctive features!"

Hill couldn’t help but take a few glances at his face. He had always found it ugly, but he thought this was a player’s boundless imagination at work, a performance of ugliness.

But did An Idler genuinely believe it was a feature and not deliberately trying to look ugly?

Sui Chen said while looking at Hill, "Mr. Hill, please don’t be offended. Idler’s way of thinking is a bit peculiar." He went on as he saw Hill couldn’t help but look at Idler’s face, "Even in the eyes of our Undead Tribe, that’s ugly, not a ’feature’!

Definitely don’t think we’re all that strange!"

Hill withdrew his gaze and nodded, "Every race has people with odd tastes in beauty. You’ll understand when you meet the Dwarves someday."

"Who knows which lifetime that will be." Rain Falling on Mortal Dust finished typing and joined them, "We haven’t even finished exploring the Human world’s map."

"The Human world has only nine great nations, the rest are small duchies." Hill replied, "Or the Mage Kingdom and the Kingdom of Female Warlocks, though large in size, they hardly qualify as official states. Plus, they are mostly located in mountainous regions."

"Saral, Haifasardo, Cortez." said Rain Falling on Mortal Dust, "Those are the three we know about."

"There will only be seven soon, Haifa won’t be used anymore." Hill said with a smile, "Going by the order, the others are Noah, Boyle, Buxton, Salabia, Greenberg, Dionysio."

"Dionysio?" Rain Falling on Mortal Dust asked in surprise.

"The first Human Kingdom, the first Human King," Hill reflected quietly. "When he ascended to the starry sky, he abandoned his surname. So as not to have to change the name of the country he founded.

Thus, Dionysio’s Royal Family was fortunate enough to preserve their surname."

"So if William becomes a deity in the future, will he change his name too?" asked the Young Master eagerly, "What will he call himself then? Saral is off-limits, and so is William! Young William is currently using it!"

Hill nearly couldn’t contain his gaze as he looked at him, "The Deities will prepare their own divine names! It will be made known to all when the time comes!"

"Does that mean the name William can no longer be used in the mortal world?" inquired the Young Master without any hint of understanding.

"Probably only Young William can’t use it," said Sui Chen somberly. "Could you please spare Mr. Hill from your questions? He isn’t like us; he can’t just casually invoke the name of a Deity."

"Oh~~~" The Young Master drawled in a dispirited voice and sat down.

Rain Falling on Mortal Dust happily jumped up, "Old Dog is here! I’ll leave him to you!" His face showing an expression of relief, he quickly went out to greet the newcomer.

Soon, a voice was heard: "Oh my, why did you come out to meet me? I’m so honored, you know? Rainfall, have you taken the wrong medicine?"

Snow Cloud Peak arrived with a group of people, all smiles.

He directly approached and greeted Hill: "Hello, Mr. Hill, nice to see you again. We’re really troubling you this time."

Hill nodded and replied with a smile, "It’s no trouble, it’s also an opportunity for me to make some money."

Snow Cloud Peak laughed heartily, "Mr. Hill, you’re too modest. You surely don’t need to earn this hard-earned money. We will definitely remember this favor."

Hill, looking at this adaptable man, merely smiled and nodded: "Then you guys pick out the place tomorrow, I can be there anytime. I’ll also take Magical Beasts and provide you with detailed instructions."

He stood up: "You discuss it, I’m going upstairs to rest. See you tomorrow."
