In medicine, many terms are quite lengthy, Chinese medical terms are a bit better, not so exaggerated. Medical terms in English include many long words, like the longest claimed word, containing 45 letters: pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, which is a medical term, translated to Chinese in just three words: silicosis.
