Supreme Magus

I read this novel when it first came out and liked it as it was pretty good.The beginning started out great,but it soon went to s*it and became a pacing-abomination as fillers upon fillers of chapters were published.This novel which started out as an hidden gen was morphed into shitty family-drama novel with occasional action-scenes. Instead of ending the novel with a decent epilogue and giving it a closure , the author has decided to milk it into oblivion. This novel does NOT deserve its ranking. it did, but now it does not.

complete felloff. it used to be peak but now its utter garbage. how can this be turned from a once hidden gem to this monstrosity. The mc used to be so much fun but now its just a shitty family novel with some action sprinlked between. i HATE how this turned to out to be

If you’re still early in your read, stick around a bit and reassess around chapters 600–800. That’ll help you decide if it’s worth seeing through—or if you’d rather switch to something leaner and more consistent.

It will catch your attention in the beginning, but slowly devolves into a 𝗠𝗶𝗱 romance drama with to much emotional masturbation; I just couldn't take it anymore. 1,500+ chaps is the fall off, 2,000+ is the burial. If there's one thing that's holding this novel/author back, it's the inability to move on from the beginning academy crew; they aren't that interesting to carry an entire novel. Inconclusion: Manohar is worth 10 Quylla 🤦‍♂️

I don't like it. He didn't end up with the little stone lady so I'm very sad >:(

Other than that it's pretty good I don't really have much else to say.

Definitely different than most of the work on this website or compared to a lot of lightnovel. Is just a nice novel. Yes is long, is essentially a series. Wouldn't say pacing is perfect but I thoroughly enjoy this story as of yet and foresee myself continuing to enjoy. Have definitely taken breaks from it but come back to read and been gratified to read more. Very different than most wuxia or just ln that go past 2-3k chapters. Not nearly as repetitive as just going to a bigger world or higher realm, ad infinitum. Instead you learn about many many very realist characters in a reasonable progression of events. Very fleshed out world as well and not just random splurges of description. All fits into the plot of a dude trying to overcome trauma in a very real fashion and then trying to enjoy life while overcoming the challenges that come while accumulating enough power to do so. Story also consistently explores what it means to grow stronger, how, (not just cultivate in seclusion or ponder the dao ad infinitum while having hacks) and the ramifications of doing so. Just a solid piece of literature. Hope author continues to grow as a writer and the story continues on a positive trajectory.

The novel is the biggest piece of dogshit I have ever seen. Only the starting chapters look good and unique but after it, this will be the most boring thing you have ever read. Also, he did not marry Solus and have a kid with some other girl. Solus has also no love interest towards the main character and is shown more like a sister of his. 

This is quite a*s tbh, and the author keeps on milking it, this should have ended 1500 chapters earlier. I gotta fill the word count so... Um

Early part is good, the world building is top. Read it up to 2000+- if u want to.....

Full of hypocrisy, the author ruined it with simping(not the mc but the Au), the sudden change in world view... ( an simple unnoticeable example is the mc and his brothers was hunting, killing, cursing, when they were 3 yrs old. Ok take that as that's how fast that world childs grow up but suddenly in just a decade later he has a brother and niece like 5/6+yrs old and they were treated and behaves like twenty second🐸 century child in earth,) 

Also mc is overly mentality unstable, full of dramatic scene,  Everytime claiming the World doesn’t rotate around the mc only to further make the world rotate around him with every new chap....
