Ye Xuan responded; after changing his clothes, he immediately stepped out.

Gazing at the Ye Xuan before her, clad in a business suit, a flash of astonishment swept through Lin Tong’s eyes.

She hadn’t expected that this guy could look so sharp in formal attire; he was no less handsome than those business elites in the company.

"Wife, do you think your husband is very handsome and you’ve fallen for me uncontrollably?"

Ye Xuan shook his hair, struck a pose he considered to be quite charming, and giggled.

"Ugh... Bathroom!"

Lin Tong made a disgusted face, mimicking the action of throwing up.

While talking, Lin Tong picked up the car keys and headed out of the office.

After descending to the lobby, they got into Lin Tong’s red Maserati and sped off to the negotiation location.

Westpeak Holiday Villa was the place where Lin Tong would discuss terms with that person in charge.

When Ye Xuan and Lin Tong arrived at Westpeak Holiday Villa, parked the car, and headed straight for a private room on the third floor.

Upon reaching the entrance of the private room, there were two bodyguards standing guard.

Seeing them approaching, one of the bodyguards stepped forward and stopped Ye Xuan: "You can’t go in."

At this, Lin Tong slightly furrowed her brows, gestured towards Ye Xuan and said, "He’s my personal assistant and bodyguard; are you saying he can’t enter too?"

"Sorry, Miss Lin, the butler has instructed that only you are permitted inside," said one of the bodyguards.

"The butler said, he will only discuss with CEO Lin," added the other bodyguard.

"Uh... that, CEO, you go ahead, and I’ll wait for you outside," Ye Xuan said with a smile.

"Alright, then you wait here. Without my orders, you’re not allowed to leave, hear me?"

Lin Tong said the last line in a low voice to Ye Xuan, giving him a threatening look.

The message was clear: if you dare leave, I won’t let you off easy.

After instructing Ye Xuan, Lin Tong took a deep breath and turned to enter the private room.
