"Yinyin, how long has it been since you last saw your mommy?" Ye Qiu asked.

At the mention of this, Niu Yinyin couldn’t stop her tears from flowing. This little lass might seem all smiles usually, but the subject of her mommy instantly brought on sadness.

"Almost a year," Niu Yinyin said with reddened eyes that made her look pitiable. "She said she would come to pick me up during New Year’s."

"Do you know where your mommy is?"
