The four women had chatted for who knows how long when Shen Mengchen glanced around and suddenly realized the guy was nowhere to be seen.

Shangguan Mingyue and Shangguan Hong also looked around, but they too failed to spot Ye Qiu, which led Shangguan Mingyue to wonder, "Could he have gone back to his room?"

Niu Yinyin, ever so understanding, pushed open Ye Qiu’s door and peeked inside. There was no sign of Ye Qiu, so she quickly turned back to her three sisters and said, "Brother Ye Qiu isn’t inside."

Shangguan Mingyue didn’t see any trace of Ye Qiu within the villa complex, and just as she thought Ye Qiu might have left the area and was about to turn back, she heard faint footsteps behind her, along with a voice laughing, "Auntie Mingyue, are you looking for me?"

Shangguan Mingyue turned around to see a lean figure approaching, the person with a faint smile on his face was none other than Ye Qiu!

After scanning Ye Qiu from head to toe, Shangguan Mingyue frowned and said, "Where have you been to get yourself this messed up?"

Ye Qiu glanced at his clothes, noting a few tears, and laughed, "I just took a spill, got a little dirty, let’s go back."
