From a distance, Cabel was eating his meal while glancing over at Jake’s table.

Seeing Lena and Jake chatting and laughing happily, he gritted his teeth in jealousy. Of course, he was just joking around. Before coming, Jake had instructed him to make the act convincing.

Lily looked at Cabel in confusion. "Brother Cabel, what’s wrong? You’ve been staring at Jake’s table this whole time. Are you upset that Lena left?"

Unexpectedly, Cabel switched gears instantly. Facing Lily, he put on his usual carefree act, flicking the bangs on his forehead and shamelessly saying, "How could that be? Jake and I are brothers. Don’t try to drive a wedge between us."

"By the way, Lily, are you interested in becoming Brother’s girlfriend?"

"Ugh, shameless. I’m leaving first." Lily was used to Cabel’s teasing. She gathered her utensils and left the table.

Jake’s side also seemed to have finished their meal.

Cabel looked down at the mountain of rice and meat dishes piled on his plate and began stuffing his face. He had wasted too much time bragging and chatting earlier, so he hadn’t taken more than a few bites.

By the time Cabel returned to his workstation after filling his stomach, some colleagues were resting while others were chatting in the break room.

All four seats at the workstation were empty.

"Where is everyone?" Cabel was a little puzzled, but remembering Jake’s instructions, he obediently plopped down at his desk and started snoring loudly.

For once, Jake wasn’t being harassed by Cabel.

He had spent a pleasant lunch with Lena, though he had also managed to extract most of her secrets.

It seemed that the client leak was definitely connected to Lena and Brother Coleman. But without concrete evidence, any accusations would be meaningless.

Mina hadn’t even celebrated Thanksgiving before being abruptly ordered to investigate this matter. She first approached the two companies that had withdrawn their investments. However, despite their previous enthusiasm and hospitality, they now brushed Mina off without a second thought.

These two companies shared a common trait: they had only recently started working with Shigella, and their contracts weren’t long term, making them the type that could leave at any moment.

But Shigella had a strong reputation and was one of the largest manufacturers of women’s products. Even if they wanted to leave, they would usually communicate with Shigella first to see if they could negotiate a satisfactory new contract.

For them to withdraw so suddenly was unprecedented. Something strange was definitely going on. Mina quickly deduced that someone inside the company must be involved.

If the problem had been external, Mina would have taken swift action to resolve it. But now, the issue was internal, and every employee in the sales department, including higher ups, was a suspect.

Acting recklessly would only alert the culprit.

It was rare for something to stump Mina, but this time, it was because of a traitor within the company.

These ungrateful bastards. Shigella had treated them well.

After being shut out by the two companies that withdrew their investments, Mina pondered her next move. In a daze, she suddenly remembered someone.

This man who constantly surprised her, if Jake were present, how would he handle it?

Although all sales staff were suspects, the likelihood of it being Jake was very low.

Entering the designated private room, Manager Mina’s stunning figure caught Jake’s eyes. Her familiar flaxen hair was tied up into a cute bun today, her forehead smooth and fair, with a few strands escaping from her hairline, adding a playful charm. Beneath her carefully groomed eyebrows were a pair of mesmerizing peach blossom eyes, equally drawn to Jake’s arrival.

The natural eye bags under her eyes seemed like the finishing touch. During their previous truth game, Jake had witnessed her smile firsthand.

Her delicate nose and red lips with pearly white teeth complemented her as she sat alone on the chair, sipping wine.

A black button-up shirt with gold accents adorned Manager Mina’s striking upper body, while a black high-waisted pencil skirt hugged her curvaceous figure, starting from her ample breasts all the way down to her perfectly rounded hips. Her black pointed-toe stiletto heels tapped lightly under the table.

Every time, Manager Mina brought Jake a fresh new experience.

Seeing Jake arrive, Manager Mina flashed a smile and gestured for him to sit down. She then signaled the waiter outside to serve the dishes.

Jake awkwardly smiled, "No, I drove here."

"Why did you ask to see me?"

A streak of frustration flashed through Jake’s mind as he pretended to ponder. "I suppose it’s about the recent client loss at the company."
