Qin Muge stood there for a long time. Even though Su Chengyu had made his thoughts clear, her feelings for him were not easy to overcome. Seeing him leaving now, she could only stand there alone, silently heartbroken.

"Brother Su Cheng, take care." Wiping away a tear, Qin Muge gets back into the car and drives back towards Dragon Soul Headquarters.

Su Chengyu, after two more rides, finally arrived home. It was already after midnight, and Gu Ying and Gu Xiao Shuang had already gone to bed.

Su Chengyu quietly entered Gu Ying’s room. Upon entering, he was immediately greeted by a faint, pleasant scent. He removed his clothing, lightly lifted the quilt and slid it, his fingers stirred awake Gu Ying.

Gu Ying had long been familiar with the scent of Su Chengyu, and with a surprised look on her face, she said, "You’re back!"

"Yes, I’m back."

Although Su Chengyu had only been away for a few days, it felt like ages. Gu Ying squeezed herself into Su Chengyu’s arms and asked sweetly, "Are you hungry?"

"Hungry...very hungry," Su Chengyu responded with a grin.

"Wait a moment. I’ll make you some late-night snack," Gu Ying prepared to get up.

Su Chengyu caught her in an instant, pulling her underneath him. He bit her earlobe lightly and said, "You’re the late-night snack I desire the most."

Even though Gu Ying was a seasoned woman, she was powerless under the intimate tease from the man she loved. She melted in an instant, her arms hooked around Su Chengyu’s neck. Her enchanting eyes glistening with an irresistible charm that would captivate anyone.
