The Little White Cat leaped angrily into the car, sitting in the passenger seat, feeling wronged.

The voice of the Little White Cat was soft and sweet, making its gender hard to distinguish. It snapped back at Su Chengyu irritably, "None of your business!"

"Then I’ll find out for myself."

Su Chengyu reached out to grab the Little White Cat, which gave out a squeak and scurried under the seat.

"Why are you hiding? Let me see if you are male or female!" Su Chengyu said.

"Jerk! Rogue! Shameless human, you dare not touch me." The Little White Cat retorted angrily.

"Are you so worked up because you’re a tigress?" Su Chengyu laughed.

"Nonsense! You are the tigress, I am a handsome male White Tiger. If you dare insult me again, don’t blame me for not being polite!"

The Little White Cat jumped onto nearby seats. Su Chengyu spoke, "People at my place haven’t seen a beast before. When you come home with me, don’t talk, or you’ll scare my sister. In front of others, you can only pretend to be a good cat. Understand? If formidable foes capture you, I can’t help you."

Though Little White Cat felt humiliated being addressed as a normal cat, but for survival, it had to swallow its pride and lick its paw in acknowledgment.

"The name Bai Qiu is not fitting for a cat; it’s not cute enough. From now on, you will be called Little White, a stray cat I picked up."

Su Chengyu renamed the little white cat.

"The name Bai Qiu was given to me by my father; it’s a beautiful name! What gives you the right to change my name? I protest," the Little White Cat complained.

"Protest overruled!"

Su Chengyu flatly refused, while Little White Cat, in a fit of anger, brandished its paws threateningly at Su Chengyu, showing its sharp teeth, "I should’ve bitten you earlier."

"By the way, my name is Su Chengyu."

Su Chengyu ignored Little White Cat’s complaint and stepped on the gas pedal, driving back to the Jade View Garden.

Back home, Su Xiaoxiao had not gone to sleep; she was reading in her room. When she heard the commotion, she walked out.

"Wow, where did this little cat come from? It’s so cute!"

Su Xiaoxiao’s face lit up with joy upon seeing the Little White Cat in Su Chengyu’s arms.

"I found it on the street, a stray cat. You love pets, right? Take good care of it. From today, its name is Little White," Su Chengyu explained.

"Sure!" Delighted, Su Xiaoxiao clapped her hands and cooed, "Little White, come, let me hold you."

The Little White Cat leaped from Su Chengyu’s embrace into Su Xiaoxiao’s arms. Su Xiaoxiao stroked the fur on its head, "This cat is so cute, how could its owner abandon it?"

Su Xiaoxiao’s love was overflowing. Little White Cat snuggled into her arms, deliberately glancing at Su Chengyu as it played with its paw.

Su Chengyu came over and picked Little White Cat up. This little creature dared to touch Su Xiaoxiao, an area even he hadn’t ventured into. There was no room for violation.

"Meow..."

Little White Cat let out a pitiful cry. Su Xiaoxiao appreciated the gesture and took it back from Su Chengyu.

Little White Cat bared its teeth at Su Chengyu, displaying its displeasure, then it lay on the sofa. Not long after Su Chengyu retired into his room, he heard Little White Cat meowing pitifully outside.

Su Xiaoxiao, hearing the noise, came out of her room and scooped up Little White Cat in her arms, asking, "Are you scared? Don’t worry, you can sleep with me tonight."

Little White Cat let out a pleased meow. Just then, Su Chengyu exited his room and announced, "No! How can you let a pet sleep on the bed."

"It’s scared because it’s in an unfamiliar place. It’ll be fine." While stroking Little White, it showed a face of enjoyment.

"We just picked it up. It might have germs on it. It can’t sleep on the bed!"

Su Chengyu seized Little White Cat and threw it into his room, to Su Xiaoxiao’s confusion, "Why is my brother behaving so strangely tonight? What could he possibly have against a cat?"

Su Xiaoxiao was puzzled.

Inside the room, Su Chengyu felt the need to give this cat a political lesson and lay down some rules.

"You’re a real pervert, aren’t you? I’ll tell you this once, she’s my sister. If you dare to take advantage of her, I’ll chop off your paws! Tomorrow, I’ll buy a cage and lock you up." Su Chengyu said sternly.

"Wasn’t it your idea for me to play a cat? Is someone feeling jealous?"

Little White jumped on Su Chengyu’s bed, waving its paw, "I’m just a cat. You being jealous of me doesn’t make sense! Men really are narrow-minded."

Su Chengyu became flustered. He quickly regretted bringing this immoral cat home and decided not to let Lin Chuxue and Xu Nanzhi see it.
