Yan Fei had never considered gathering the Four Major Famous Detectives for an investigation, which could have found the Destiny Organization; otherwise, he would have done so earlier. However, he still expressed some doubts, "If the Americans have found the Lair of the Destiny Organization, then why haven’t they kept it a secret, instead of informing you about it?"

Captain China explained, "The American side also recognizes the terror of the Destiny Organization. Even though they’ve located the Lair of the Destiny Organization, they dare not act rashly, for fear of startling the snake and prompting the Destiny Organization to relocate. However, they can’t afford to overlook the Destiny Organization either, so a new Plan was conceived—to assemble all the God-Level Experts on Earth, forming an Elite team of God-Level Experts, and use this team to conduct a blitzkrieg expedition to utterly annihilate the Destiny Organization.
