Yun’er immediately looked at him with fiery eyes, her mouth still full of syrup. “What are you trying to do?” she asked.

Without looking at her, Ye Chen said, “You came here to enjoy this, didn’t you? So, I’m fulfilling your wish.”

“Let go.” Yun’er suddenly became very determined.

“Hey, everyone here is embracing and touching. Don’t tell me you came here to torture yourself. I understand everything. If you allow me, I can even dissect you here in front of everyone.”

Her voice shattered the peace. She seemed to vent her anger by throwing her leftover food into the water.

The man in the water shouted, “You fat woman, you think you’re beautiful? I hope you never marry.”

“You called me a fat woman, huh.” A stone flew right at him, and a moan of pain echoed out from the water when the stone hit his forehead. The man quickly swam away.

Everyone was dumbfounded by her quick change of behavior. One moment it was all lovey-dovey, and in the next, she was cursing him out.

Ye Chen was surprised, “Since she knew he was a demon-monster, why did she bring him here?”

“So, because you bought me two strings of candied hawthorn, you want to have me?”

Ye Chen looked at her with a smile, “We are different, we’re in love.”

“You take me for a three-year-old, don’t you?” Yun’er pushed away his arm.

Ye Chen put his arm around her again saying, “You dressed so beautifully and smell so sweet, I know why you brought me here. You’re just too shy to admit it. I get it.” He then moved in to kiss her.

Yun’er stomped on his foot hard. Ye Chen crouched in pain.
