Because Aya and Silas had already planned to head to Central Magic City.

"Can’t it be used as reference?" Lilac asked with a frown.

"No." Evan shook his head. "I fought against Leon early last year and he told me that his shadow method is to contact his own shadow. It’s different from me where I need a lot of mana to help fusing the magic into my blood and so on. What you need is simply courage and understanding of your own magic."

To be honest, Evan was only curious about how different the methods of his family inheritance with the Black Family were. He had no plan to ask in details but Leon took the initiative to explain many things to him.

Back then, Evan didn’t understand the reason.

But now, Evan could guess that Leon did it so that he could pass it to Leon’s sister. Because Evan is Lilac’s sister and if she had some questions, the first person she would ask is definitely him.

Dylan might make a lot of trouble, but he only dared to do it within the Black Family.

In the distance, Aya and Evan were both making their way to Central Magic City.

"If you want me to explain to Evan about how the Black Family uses their shadow, I can explain it," Silas said as they walked.

Aya didn’t have teleportation formation set up in Central Magic City, so they had to use the most primitive method of transportation: walking.
