The sound was coming from the kitchen. Just as she reached the kitchen door, she bumped into Andy coming out.

"Ah~" Andy screamed in fright, recognizing it was Tian Xingyun.

He patted his chest to calm down, scared to death.

Tian Xingyun was also startled, her heart pounding almost audibly.

"Andy, it’s you." Tian Xingyun chuckled with relief.

"You almost scared me to death, and you’re laughing?" Andy pouted and pretended to be angry, glaring at her.

"I was the one who got scared," Tian Xingyun laughed even more at the sight of his frightened face.

"You really can sleep." Andy finally calmed down and spoke.

When he arrived, she was sound asleep, and he didn’t have the heart to wake her.

He instructed the cleaning crew to be as quiet as possible.

"How long have you been here?" Tian Xingyun laughed awkwardly, realizing she had slept for a long time.

"I’ve been here a while. The villa has been completely cleaned. You can rest easy staying here." Andy looked at her with pity; President Huo was truly excessive.

She was pregnant, yet he left her to live here alone.

Wasn’t he worried something might happen?

"Thank you. I slept so deeply I didn’t even know anyone had come in." Tian Xingyun laughed awkwardly.

"How can people feel at ease with you like this? What if a thief broke in?" Andy sighed in concern, leaving a pregnant woman here alone.

What was President Huo thinking?

"I’ll lock the door. I’m not stupid."

"Are you hungry?" Andy raised an eyebrow, looking at her big belly.

She had been very slim, but now with the baby, her belly looked quite large.

"Very hungry!" Tian Xingyun nodded.

"I can’t cook, so I bought some simple food from a restaurant while I was out. Eat while it’s hot." Andy turned and walked towards the dining room.

He walked to the dining table, opened the thermal box, and set out the dishes, bowls, and chopsticks.

Tian Xingyun followed him to the dining room. The aroma of the food made her even hungrier.

She reached the table and, smelling the dishes, instinctively swallowed: "Smells so good."

"Eat quickly, look at how hungry you are." Andy saw her mouth water and shook his head, smiling helplessly.

"Eat with me, you’ve been busy for so long." Tian Xingyun sat down and picked up the chopsticks to start eating.

"I’ve already eaten." Andy placed the dishes in front of her, feeling unexpectedly sympathetic as he watched her.

"Thank you." Tian Xingyun said as she ate, thanking Andy.

"Eat slowly, don’t choke."

"Okay." Tian Xingyun nodded.

At the airport.

Huo Shaohua had already picked up Song Yi’s parents and was driving them to the hotel.

"Uncle, Auntie, you must be very tired from the long flight. Let’s rest at the hotel first." Huo Shaohua said with a smile, turning to speak to Father Song and Mom Song in the back seat.

"Shaohua, we’re really troubling you. You’re so busy with work, yet you had to come pick us up." Father Song said cheerfully, his casual attire making him look much younger than his actual age.

"It’s no trouble at all, we’re all family."

"Exactly, Shaohua is our son-in-law." Mom Song said happily, her permed short hair and glasses giving her a strict appearance.

Wearing a short-sleeved dress, she looked much younger.

Song Yi resembled her mother very much; the mother and daughter looked very alike.

"That girl Yi, she’s always busy and doesn’t care about us at all." Father Song snorted, finding their son-in-law better than their own daughter.
