The arrangement was not unexpected, and no one spoke up. Then Yang Yi pointed to Brian, speaking gravely, "Brian is in charge of the Combat Department. All members of the Magic Box Squadron will be assigned to the Combat Department. This is the work you are best suited for. Of course, the Combat Department will need to be expanded. The Network Intelligence Department will be led by Tang Guo and, for now, will be subordinate to the Intelligence Department, which means under Anton’s command. This arrangement is temporary. In the future, we might set up the Network Intelligence Department as a separate entity. Do you all understand?"

"Understood."

Yang Yi pointed to Boer and said, "Boer is in charge of finance, Norbert, Chris, and Steve, all of you are part of the finance department and will be under Boer’s command."

Chris exclaimed in surprise, "I’m also under Boer’s control?"

Yang Yi nodded and said, "Yes, you will have a separate arrangement, I’ll explain the details to you later."

Yang Yi turned to Kate and, after a moment of thought, said, "Kate is in charge of the support department, responsible for aiding all locations as well as managing the equipment needed by the entire Organization of Water. If any team needs support or help, like make-up or buying equipment, see Kate. Professor Gweil, Hank, Woody, and Rodriguez, you all belong to the support department."

"There’s also the combat department. Zhang Yong is in charge of the combat department, Sergei, Vitali, and Roman all report to you, and Xiao Ran is temporarily under your command as well. The combat department’s external name is the Trident Mercenary Group. This department needs to expand as well. Brother Yong, you will have a budget. You get full control over the expansion. As for the overall manager or deputy, it’s Annastasia, who doesn’t directly lead any department, but she can command any of them.

There are two main departments, the Network Intelligence Department and the Combat Department, managed by Brian and Anton, respectively.

Aside from these two departments, three more departments were established: Kate was naturally in charge of support, and Boer of finance, but for Zhang Yong to establish a separate combat department outside of the Combat Department... As the core, in making these allocations of power, Yang Yi didn’t consult with anyone, nor could he. When it came to arranging personnel for important positions or core authority, it had to reflect his own personal will.

After finalizing the personnel arrangements, Yang Yi took a deep breath and then said in a deep voice, "Lastly, I want to announce a major decision—I’ve decided to expose myself, to take the initiative and reveal myself!"

Kate gasped in shock, then she said loudly, "Expose?"

Annastasia pondered thoughtfully, while Anton appeared to have anticipated this, with many people showing surprise on their faces, except for Kate, no one said a word.

Yang Yi said solemnly, "The Organization of Water must develop, but our development faces a big obstacle. Due to being exposed, I cannot move freely in the United States, and many of our people have been exposed in the United Kingdom. But if I expose myself voluntarily, then the difficulties we currently face will be easily solved."

Kate said anxiously, "But that’s too dangerous!"
