Kate carefully added a few more strokes to Yang Yi’s face, nodded, and whispered, "If you aren’t particularly noticed, there shouldn’t be any problems, but if someone scrutinizes you closely, they will still be able to tell."

Yang Yi looked at himself in the mirror, then smiled and said, "You know, it’s fascinating to see someone else’s face every time I look in the mirror."

Kate opened a small box, then grabbed Yang Yi’s hand, extended his index finger, and with a pair of tweezers, picked up something that looked like a contact lens and gently placed it on the tip of Yang Yi’s finger, saying, "This is a temporary fingerprint cover; it won’t come off for three days, and washing your hands or face won’t be a problem, though it’s best not to wash."

Once makeup is applied, it’s indeed terrible not being able to wash your face easily since the fingerprints wouldn’t come off easily, but the makeup isn’t water-resistant.

As Kate applied fingerprints to all ten fingers, Yang Yi quietly watched her with his hands spread out.

Kate looked truly beautiful when she was focused.

"Wait here for us to return; we don’t know when this will end."

Yang Yi stood up and hastily said a few words before rushing out the door.

Anton scrutinized Yang Yi anxiously, then nodded in satisfaction and said, "Not bad."

As Yang Yi got into the car, Anton suddenly asked, "Have you ever considered this problem?"

"What problem?"

"Kate is actually really great."

Yang Yi sighed and said, "Why bring this up now!"

Anton started the car and drove off, then suddenly asked, "Have you seen X-Men?"

"Yes, I have."

"What do you think about Mystique?"

"Mystique?"

Anton shrugged and whispered, "She can transform into anyone’s appearance, though she can’t change her figure, but still, it’s quite close to Mystique’s abilities, isn’t it? For a man..."

"Stop! Oh, I get what you mean now, you filthy guy! Shut up, don’t say anymore!"

Yang Yi seemed angry, then he couldn’t help but think about why he had never considered this issue himself.

Anton fell silent; after a while, Yang Yi, clearly annoyed, said, "You bastard, you’ve changed my feelings for Kate."

Anton replied indifferently, "A bird in hand is worth two in the bush. Secure one, then the other. It’s a simple matter; how can you not understand?"

Yang Yi, pained and angry, responded, "Because not everyone is as shameless and heartless as you are. I have true love; what about you?"

"I too have true love, and I’m quite generous with it."

Yang Yi glanced at his watch and said, "We are on a mission, a very important mission."

"What does it matter, is our conversation affecting the mission?"

Yang Yi was at a loss for words; if he continued the discussion with Anton, he would either be misled by Anton’s shamelessness or be influenced by it.

Seeing Yang Yi silent, Anton whispered, "Actually, it’s quite simple. You and Xiao Ran live together without anyone bothering you; just settle with her and then casually take care of Kate. Oh, the way Kate looks at you is so sorrowful; be careful, if you delay too long, you might lose them both, and then it’ll be too late for tears. So what if men are called shameless?"

Yang Yi could not argue anymore, so he waved his hand and said, "I’m thinking about the mission."

"The mission? What’s so hard about it? We’re going to bring the designer back, hand him over to the buyer, everything’s settled. Since the designer agreed to meet us, it means he has made his choice."

Yang Yi took a deep breath and said, "Alright, alright, I get it. Just don’t mention Kate or Xiao Ran, anything else is fine."

Anton was silent for a moment, then he whispered, "You’ll regret it if you keep dragging this out, you really will."

Anton didn’t speak again, and Yang Yi felt a bit more peace, but when he arrived in the United Kingdom, he was still unable to calm down.

What a mess, at the crucial moment of the mission, his mind was filled with thoughts of love; this was too unprofessional.

Luckily, Yang Yi still had some self-control; after meeting Zhao Qiang, all the messy thoughts vanished.

After meeting at the train station, Yang Yi walked ahead while Zhao Qiang followed at a distance, and then Yang Yi was finally able to contact Eric.

Eric hung up, but when he called back five minutes later, his voice sounded tense.

"Sudden change, my friend was summoned by his boss, we don’t know what’s going on yet, the meeting will have to be postponed."

Yang Yi hung up and then turned around making a seemingly meaningless hand gesture, then Anton passed by him, and Zhao Qiang turned and walked in another direction.

It was lunchtime, Yang Yi found a random restaurant, but he was too preoccupied to care about the taste of the lunch.

What could the emergency be? It wasn’t a big deal that the meeting time was postponed, but if something had gone wrong with the designer, that could be troublesome. Before figuring out what the sudden issue was, some uncertainties had emerged in what was supposed to be a straightforward mission.
