Justin smiled slightly and extended his hand to Yang Yi, saying, "You are Sea God."

Yang Yi shook hands with Justin, smiled and said, "I am Sea God."

After shaking hands with Yang Yi, Justin reached out to Mike, who replied with a serious face, "I’m Cheese."

Yang Yi gestured to a chair and said, "Please sit, Mr. Cicero."

Justin sat down with a smile, but after settling in, he said with a laugh, "Please don’t call me Mr. Cicero, just Justin is fine, I’m pleased to meet both of you, today is a good start."

Justin waved a waitress over and called out loudly, "A latte, thank you."

After ordering coffee from the waitress, Justin rubbed his hands together and then turned to Mike and Yang Yi; after a brief pause, he smiled and said, "Our meeting here means that you two must know what I do, so let’s skip unnecessary talk and get straight to the point."

Yang Yi hoped Mike would handle the talk with Justin, but seeing Mike remain silent, Yang Yi took it upon himself. He nodded and smiled, "Yes, please go ahead."

Justin’s coffee arrived, and after taking a sip, he immediately set down the cup with a smile and said, "I’m in the business of intelligence. I’ve reached out because I hope to establish a cooperative relationship with you. Given the impressive debut of the Organization of Water, you must be in need of intelligence support now, such as the whereabouts of the Fearless Mercenary Corps."

Yang Yi was somewhat surprised and said with a start, "Are you saying, sell us intelligence?"

Justin nodded and then said smilingly, "Of course, but I’m not here just for this single deal. My focus is currently on the mercenary business. The Organization of Water’s debut was stunning, and I hope to establish a long-term partnership with you. Whenever you need intelligence, I could offer it to you at a favorable price."

Yang Yi glanced at Mike, noticed Mike’s lack of reaction, then turned to Justin and spoke softly, "Mr. Cicero."

"Oh, please call me Justin, just Justin is fine."

Yang Yi let out a sigh and said, "Alright, Justin, I think you may have misunderstood something. We are not a mercenary group, we are spies. Yes, the Organization of Water is a spy organization, not a mercenary group, so we are the providers of intelligence, not the buyers."

Justin looked surprised. He sat up straight with a look of astonishment and said, "The Organization of Water is a spy organization? This is different from the information I received. Well, it seems I did not understand clearly enough."

After a brief silence, Justin seemed to be pondering something. He then raised his head and looked towards Yang Yi, "If you are a spy organization, does that mean you currently have a permanent contact person?"

By asking this, Justin wanted to know whether the Organization of Water had already established cooperation with the Cicero Family. If the Organization of Water had established a relationship with the Cicero Family, then the Cicero Family would assign a dedicated contact person to the Organization of Water. Yang Yi responded in a deep voice, "We do not limit ourselves to any type of intelligence, nor do we limit our geographical range. We can carry out operations anywhere in the world."

After a moment’s thought, Justin nodded and smiled, "I understand."

Next was coffee drinking. Yang Yi was in no hurry to speak, while Mike slowly savored the coffee. The three men seemed to have lost their interest in talking simultaneously.

Waiting for Justin to finish the coffee in his cup, he finally said with a serious face, "I think we can cooperate."

Yang Yi smiled, "Of course, we can certainly cooperate."

Justin seemed hesitant. After a short while, he said gravely, "I still don’t know your capabilities."

Yang Yi said confidently, "You will soon be able to see our capabilities."

Justin let out a breath, leaned back, and interlocked his fingers. After pondering for a moment, he nodded and said, "Good, I suggest that the Organization of Water contact me directly. Do you understand my meaning?"

Justin’s intention was clear: he wanted the Organization of Water not to contact Cicero Family’s intelligence network but to solely liaison with him.

Yang Yi had thought Justin represented the Cicero Family, but with Justin’s words, he realized he was mistaken. Justin was not representing the Cicero Family; he was representing himself.

Yang Yi dared not agree because doing so would mean that Justin would be his future employer, and he would not be able to establish a closer relationship with the Cicero Family.

One must know that the Cicero Family controls much of the underground world’s information market. If he let go of this large market and only had direct contact with Justin, accepting assignments solely from him, this was not something Yang Yi could accept.

Yang Yi hesitated for a moment, and then Justin let out a sigh, speaking in a low voice, "If I’m not mistaken, the Organization of Water has connections to the singer, right?"

Yang Yi’s hand holding the coffee cup momentarily stiffened.
