Spy-x-War Showdown
Chapter 1130 - 1135: Desperation in Agony

Chapter 1130: Chapter 1135: Desperation in Agony

In the living room, Anton was assaulting an innocent tycoon.

He beat him fiercely and brutally, yet no visible injury could be seen; indeed, skilled technique is truly required in beating someone.

"Stop!"

"Hold on!"

"Don’t...ugh!"

He never let the other party speak, but allowed them to make noises.

Anton was really wicked, leaving the person with no choice but to feel helpless and desperate, with no other option but collapse.

Quickly, while Anton was brutally beating his target, a middle-aged woman in pajamas came out. She had heard some noises which made her get up from bed.

"What is going..."

Anton grabbed Dicket Benfield’s neck, confronted Dicket’s wife, and then slapped her hard across the face.

After a crisp sound, Anton jabbed her with his elbow, and then Dicket’s wife also couldn’t scream as she was supposed to.

Now, two people were being beaten harshly.

After a good five minutes, Anton finally stopped his hands, moved his arms around, turned on the living room lights near the wall, then turned back and sternly said to Dicket, "Do you know why I’m beating you?"

"Why?"

"Idiot, I’ve already told you, it’s to turn you into a traitor."

Dicket wriggled on the ground, then whispered in a mixture of grief and anger, "I don’t understand what you’re talking about!"

Anton moved his neck around, then squatted down, speaking sternly, "Let me tell you why, hmm, we want to target Bell Securities, aiming for a hostile takeover of your bank, but we need an insider to tell us some very important information, and I chose you. Why you, you ask? Because I hate your name."

Dicket was completely stunned.

Anton, looking disgusted, waved his hand and said, "I was once in the KGB. There was a guy named Dicket who betrayed his own brothers and caused the death of several people, so I really hate your name. Moreover, since we indeed need an insider, I chose you, so you must become a traitor and tell me everything you know about the inside dealings."

Dicket remained stunned, while his wife murmured softly, "Oh, God..."

Anton looked over and said sternly, "If you make any sound, I mean, any sound, you will die, and I guarantee it’ll be very dreadful."

Dicket looked utterly desperate.

But Anton started laughing and said, "Do you feel really desperate? Feeling innocent and therefore wronged? You are a wealthy tycoon, yet someone broke into your house in the middle of the night and beat you up; this must be an experience of humiliation and pain you have never gone through in your life, isn’t it?"

Before Dicket could respond, Anton said with a smile, "Now let me tell you, what just happened was just an appetizer. Next, you’ll understand what it means to be in hell, oh, borrowing a phrase from my boss, it’s worse than death."

"No, no, please, don’t treat me like this. I will give you anything you want, there’s no need to treat us this way..."

Anton, with a devilish grin, injected a syringe into Dicket’s arm amid his terrified screams, while Dicket watched him inject but didn’t dare to move.

A moment later, Dicket suddenly couldn’t help but start to whimper in a low voice, he bit his hand to prevent himself from screaming out loud.

"Just a smart man, afraid to scream loudly lest I kill you, right? Very clever, indeed, that’s exactly what would happen if you scream too loudly, I would kill you."

Anton pulled up a chair and sat opposite Dicket, then, watching Dicket convulsing on the ground, said: "What did I just inject into you? It’s a type of stimulant that makes your nerves extremely sensitive, including sensitivity to pain. Have you ever experienced unanesthetized dental drilling? After this injection, every part of your body is as sensitive as dental nerves to pain, so you are feeling an extreme amount of pain right now. Usually, people faint from such extreme pain, but this drug prevents you from passing out; you can only endure it, hahahaha..."

Anton couldn’t help but laugh again, then he looked at Dicket’s wife and said, "You are trembling, you are scared, right? Don’t worry, out of respect for women, I won’t torment you anymore. But, you need to experience the same pain as your husband, otherwise, if I’m not confident in you, I might just have to kill you. This is for your own good."

After pulling out another syringe, Anton suddenly said, "Right, I advise you to find something to gag yourself with to avoid screaming, because if so, I would kill you. It’s for your own good, find a clean towel to gag yourself with, and then come back here, and do it quickly."

Dicket’s wife had a look of despair in her eyes, but she still struggled to get up, went to the bathroom to get a towel, gagged her own mouth, and then came back and obediently lay down next to Dicket.

"Seeing that you both are so sensible, really, I won’t kill you..."

Muttering to himself, Anton injected Dicket’s wife too, then smiled and said, "This is our style, making you experience pain amid despair, and despair amid pain."

Anton then looked at Dicket, smiling and saying, "Right now, I don’t want you to say anything, I want to torture you, remember this feeling."

Anton took out a long spike and smilingly said, "Look how well I’ve prepared everything."

Dicket was pricked, which would not usually be particularly painful, but Dicket screamed in agony on the ground.

"Don’t die, hang in there, don’t you die, you must hang on, just one more time, just one more."

Anton pricked him again; Dicket only rolled his eyes, he let go of his hand, but he didn’t even have the strength to pant.

Quietly watching Dicket convulse on the ground for five minutes, Anton finally said: "Alright, now you should have the strength to talk, so tell me, are you a traitor?"

"I am a traitor, I can betray everything, everything, whatever you want to know, just ask, ask..."

"I don’t want to know anything specific, of course I will ask, but what I really need is for you to step up when we need you, as a key figure in delivering a lethal blow to Bell Securities, are you willing?"

Dicket nodded frantically.

Anton smiled and said, "I won’t give you money, after we get Bell Securities, you’ll be thrown out. But, if you do as I say, I’ll spare you, I won’t kill you, nor will I treat you like tonight again. Are you willing?"

Dicket still nodded frantically.

Anton sighed, saying, "Relying on drugs is just so boring, you know? Before these drugs, our methods were much more brutal, way more cruel. So, you should be thankful for the advancement of technology, really, you should be thankful for the advancement of technology. Alright, now let’s start the formal part, first tell me everything you know, all things detrimental to Bell Securities."
