Spoiled By My Ex-Fiance's Uncle
Chapter 158 Teaching Fu Chenyu a Lesson

Chapter 158: Chapter 158 Teaching Fu Chenyu a Lesson

"It’s a surprise to see me here, isn’t it?" An Yan’s lips curved into a wicked smile.

Fu Chenyu tried to reach for her ankle, but An Yan stomped down hard, forcing him to spit out a mouthful of blood suddenly.

"Fu Chenyu, are you even human? Having someone kidnap Jinqiao—if I hadn’t arrived just in time, she would have been violated."

"I don’t know what you’re talking about!" Fu Chenyu stubbornly denied any involvement, "This is a frame-up! You just want to take revenge on me!"

"You’ve plotted against me over and over, thinking that I knew nothing?" An Yan glared at him coldly, "Have you forgotten about what happened at Lemei Island?"

Fu Chenyu’s pupils shrank suddenly, "I don’t understand."

"Don’t understand or playing dumb?"

"Don’t understand."

An Yan kicked him directly in the ribs, causing Fu Chenyu to break out in a cold sweat from the pain, "You woman with a heart of a serpent and scorpion."

"Thank you for such a high compliment." An Yan grabbed the man’s collar and dragged him into the living room.

The dark living room suddenly lit up, and Fu Chenyu hurriedly covered his eyes with his hands. When he removed them, he saw not only An Yan but also Shiyan and Qianfan sitting on the sofa.

Fu Chenyu complained, "Young uncle... An Yan hit me—my ribs must be broken, and my internal organs are damaged, I even threw up blood."

Shiyan sneered, "You’re not dead yet, and you’re speaking quite clearly. It seems she didn’t hit you hard enough."

He slowly stood up, took off his suit jacket and tossed it on the back of the sofa. He then stretched his neck and hands, making cracking noises.

Fu Chenyu looked up in panic at the man approaching, "Younger Uncle, the truth of the matter hasn’t been clarified yet. An Yan is framing a good person! You must discern right from wrong; you can’t just believe her because she’s your girlfriend. She clearly has a prejudice against me."

Shiyan chuckled, "You really won’t shed tears until you see the coffin."

A punch landed, and Fu Chenyu covered his nose in agony.

"This punch is for Jinqiao!"

"This punch is because you schemed against Yanyan!"

"This punch is for your slanderous speech at the press conference!"

"This punch is for disrespecting your parents!"

"This punch is for betraying the Fu Family!"

...

After a good while, Shiyan stopped and stood up, glancing down at Fu Chenyu, who looked like a defeated dog, and adjusted his tie.

An Yan noticed the fresh blood on his hand and quickly approached, "Are you hurt?"

"No, it’s his blood."

Qianfan handed over a pack of wet wipes, "Use these for now, save some for me. I told you I’d avenge Jinqiao."

After taking them, Shiyan said, "Leave some breath."

"Don’t worry, he won’t die, but let him remember this lesson!" Qianfan licked his back teeth as he approached Fu Chenyu, "Jinqiao couldn’t even dream that it was you. She must be heartbroken."

He glared at the man struggling for breath on the ground, his face already unrecognizable.

He kicked at the man’s thigh and calf.

Fu Chenyu could curse a few times initially, but soon he could only groan.

A petite figure appeared at the doorway.

"What are you doing?"

Qianfan stopped and watched as Fu Jinqiao approached with tears in her eyes.

Clearly, she had guessed why she was there.

Seeing the person on the ground barely breathing, she bit her lip, "So, the mastermind behind my kidnapping was my brother?"

Upon hearing the girl’s voice, Fu Chenyu struggled to open his swollen eyes, glanced once and then closed them again.

Whether he genuinely lacked the strength or felt too ashamed, it was unclear.

Fu Jinqiao covered her mouth in disbelief, "Brother, I thought you were just irresponsible, but I didn’t expect you to betray your own humanity. I’m your sister! You had someone kidnap me. Do you know I was almost ruined?"

Fu Chenyu pressed his lips tightly together, "I’m sorry. I didn’t expect—they weren’t supposed to go that far."

"You didn’t expect it? What kind of people were they, how could you not have expected this?"

Under Fu Jinqiao’s questioning, Fu Chenyu fell silent.

Mu Qianfan put his arm around her shoulder, "Stop crying."

Fu Jinqiao hugged the man’s waist, "Brother Mu."

"Good girl, I’ve already avenged you."

Fu Jinqiao sobbed, looking at Shiyan, "Younger Uncle, although Fu Chenyu has already been removed from the family register, I don’t want to pursue this matter further. I don’t want to see him ever again in the future."

Shiyan glanced at the man on the ground, "We haven’t exposed you; this is our last act of mercy. Fu Chenyu, stop your scheming in the future, otherwise, the next time we meet will be as enemies." Having said that, he left holding An Yan’s hand.

Mu Qianfan also left embracing Fu Jinqiao.

Fu Chenyu exhaled a breath of turbid air, turning from lying on his side to lying on his back, looking at the crystal light above him, he closed his eyes.

He felt intense pain throughout his body, in every organ and limb.

The servants who had been hiding in the room, too frightened to come out, now came forward to check on him.

"Do you need to call the police?"

Fu Chenyu opened his eyes with difficulty and glanced at the speaking maid, "No need, have Li Chuang come here."

"Okay." The servants helped him sit up on the couch and then went aside to call the family doctor.

Meanwhile, Shiyan drove away with An Yan and Fu Jinqiao, parting ways with Mu Qianfan.

Shiyan looked at the two in the back seat of the car; his face was especially long.

Fu Jinqiao was emotionally unstable, and An Yan, worried about her, let her come back to Bishui Bay with her.

Back home, An Yan found a new set of pajamas for Fu Jinqiao and told her to take a shower.

She then took her pillow and duvet out of the bedroom.

Seeing this, Shiyan asked, "What’s going on?"

"Jinqiao is scared, so I’m staying with her in the guest room."

"What about me?"

"It’s three o’clock in the morning now; I’ll keep you company later tonight."

Shiyan felt neglected, watching An Yan walk into the guest room with the pillows and duvet.

He followed her, and while Fu Jinqiao hadn’t come out yet, stole a kiss before agreeing to go back.

Shiyan returned to his bedroom, took a shower, dried his hair and glanced at the firmly closed door of the guest room opposite.

He sighed softly before lying down to sleep.

In the guest room.

An Yan came out of the bathroom to see that Fu Jinqiao had already crawled into bed and fallen asleep.

She thought about it and decided to go check on Shiyan.

As soon as she opened the door, she saw Shiyan standing in front of the living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows.

She was about to speak to him when she realized he was staring straight ahead.

An Yan knew he had started sleepwalking again.

She didn’t dare disturb him, only moving new decorations in the living room away so he wouldn’t bump into them, since sleepwalkers, although their eyes are open, don’t process visual information through the brain, but rather move in their familiar environment based on habit and accumulated daily experiences.

After about twenty minutes, Shiyan returned to the bedroom.

An Yan felt a pang in her heart; she was no expert in this field, but she knew this was not normal for Shiyan.

Could that woman’s suicide at the banquet have caused a shadow over Shiyan?

It shouldn’t have, Shiyan had experienced even more horrific scenes.

What exactly was going on?

She sat on the couch, covering her face with her hands.

After a while, she picked up her phone and dialed a number.
