The remaining time was naturally for Carolline Ruiz and Bryan Hawkins. Bryan led Carolline to the lawn outside, where a professional photographer specifically takes photos of Carolline. Many photos were taken and ultimately twenty would be selected to create a photo book for the bride, only featuring her, without the groom.

Because these were not their wedding photos.

These were for use during the wedding. Their wedding photos would be taken by the best photography studio and team in the city, booked by Bryan. This would take place five days later and required three days’ worth of shooting to capture the best photos.

Once the photoshoot was over, waiter from Julia Marshall’s studio brought them an exquisite lunch. Carolline began her lunch only after removing her wedding gown. Though the lunch was delicious, Julia did not come downstairs.

"Is Miss Julia not having lunch?" Carolline naturally asked her husband.

"She needs to adjust her jet lag, this old lady is quite stubborn." Bryan recalled the hassles he had when initially contacting Julia.

"Old lady?" Carolline thought that Julia looked quite young.

"A woman near fifty, isn’t she old?" Bryan counter-questioned. However, this woman had maintained herself incredibly well and not everyone could discern her age.

"..." Carolline really hadn’t realized, so ageless beauty really exists.

And just how much must those beauty-loving yet unwilling to age women sacrifice to retain their youthfulness?

After lunch, they left Julia’s studio and returned to the city centre. It was 5 PM and the photos would be ready in a few days. Bryan arranged for Julia to deliver them.

Uncle Lei called to inform that he had picked up Axel and brought him home. The couple directly headed home.

On arriving home, Auntie Lu was preparing dinner while Axel was watching cartoons in the living room. Seeing his parents return, he cheerfully exclaimed, "Dad, Mom, I want to see the photos."

"The photos will be ready in a few days." Carolline remembered she had forgotten to take a selfie on her phone to show Axel.

"Come, look at the ones on Dad’s phone." Bryan changed his shoes and walked straight to the living room.

"?" Carolline was astonished. When had he taken the photos? She didn’t have the slightest idea.

Father and son were in the living room looking at Carolline’s pictures, with Axel occasionally exclaiming and praising saying things like ’Mom is really pretty’.

Upon hearing his son’s genuine praise, Bryan could not help but preen, "That’s right, after all who your father is. Could my taste be poor?"

"Yes, yes, yes. Dad is the best," Axel echoed.

Carolline shook her head, the father-son duo was growing increasingly alike having spent a lot of time together.

"That’s good to know. Remember, you have to find a wife like your mother in future," Bryan advised their precious son as he suddenly remembered something important.

"..." Carolline was just about to head to the kitchen to help, but hearing Bryan’s words she paused in her tracks. Axel was still a child and Bryan was already imparting such values to him. Wasn’t this premature?

Carolline turned around and started walking back towards the living room. Axel was replying earnestly, "Don’t worry, Dad. Like father, like son."

"!" Carolline was utterly speechless. The father-son duo had left her utterly stunned.
