Chapter 1015: 020 Win Back Face_3

Eshopia Hall’s Golden Garden, how much does it cost per square meter? Not to mention a woman like Avery Graham, even her two very capable sons probably wouldn’t dare buy a house in Eshopia Hall’s Golden Garden, right?

Even if they could afford to buy one, there wouldn’t be any money left for renovations. Purchasing a house plus renovations, at least seven or eight million, and then if you add some luxurious furniture, that’s instantly ten million. Where would average folks find ten million?

This Avery and Giselle, are they trying to bluff people? Neither of them snagged a wealthy husband, so just relying on Avery’s Cake Shop, they could afford such a house? Who are they kidding?

Once Mrs. Wu was set on the idea that Avery Graham and Giselle Browman were bluffing, she finally breathed easily.

Having been so reckless in bragging, she actually wanted to see how their family would back up their claims in the future.

Mrs. Wu’s gaze did not escape Mama Graham’s notice, and she knew what she was thinking. She also felt somewhat annoyed at Avery Graham and Giselle Browman. How could they talk so recklessly without considering the occasion? Besides, it’s all well and good to save face now, but what will happen in the future when people find out they’ve been blowing hot air? Where will their faces be then?

"It’s nothing. I know someone who got a friend at Eshopia Hall’s Golden Garden. That’s why I got an insider price. The insider price is different from the regular market price." Avery modestly said, indeed having gotten a good deal on the house.

"Alright, alright, we’re heading back. We’ve bought so much food, what were you two thinking? How can we eat all this?" Mama Graham hurriedly stood up to stop her daughter from speaking any further.

Talking about insider prices, people like their family couldn’t have real estate folks as friends, let alone friends from Eshopia Hall’s Golden Garden. What got into Avery today?

Her daughter wasn’t supposed to be such an impractical person.

"Alright, then Mrs. Wu, you continue your chat. We’ll be heading back now," Avery politely told them before she followed Mama Graham back home.

As soon as the trio left, Mrs. Wu and the others began to talk nonstop, unanimously disbelieving that Avery Graham had such capabilities. She was just a girl running a cake shop, after all. Even her son, who runs a company, doesn’t make such large financial moves. A greenhorn like her had the nerve to spout such tales in front of them without feeling embarrassed.

Mama Graham was silent all the way home. Avery and Giselle Browman exchanged uncertain looks. They thought they had restored Mama Graham’s dignity and she should be happy. But it seemed that wasn’t the case?

"What’s wrong? Mom, why the sudden gloom?" Avery handed the groceries she was carrying to Giselle, asking her to put them in the Kitchen.

"What were you and Giselle thinking, saying such things? Even now, if I asked you to buy another commodity house, you’d make all sorts of excuses. And suddenly you can buy a villa, right?" Mama Graham was so exasperated she could have reached out to tap Avery’s head, wanting to see what on earth was going through her daughter’s mind.

"I really did buy a villa. I came here today to discuss it with you and Dad," Avery shook her head in exasperation, calling out to Mama Graham.

"... What?" Mama Graham could hardly believe her ears. Her Avery really bought a villa? And in Eshopia Hall’s Golden Garden?

If that were the case, it wouldn’t be bragging anymore. It would be the truth, and she could hold her head high in the Residential Area.

"That’s right. Let’s start by showing you the property certificate. I had asked you for your and Dad’s documents to use last time, didn’t I?" Avery asked, to which Mama Graham nodded, still somewhat dazed. "The villa is in yours and Dad’s names. Here, this is your property certificate."

"The property certificate is already issued?" Mama Graham asked in disbelief as she excitedly opened the document envelope.

"Yes, Eshopia Hall’s Golden Garden sells existing houses, not off-plan properties. So after paying in full, the property certificate can be obtained in a month. The house is currently being renovated. Additionally, I’ve already listed our current house for sale, but so far, there have been no results," Avery explained.

"It really is in mine and your father’s names... No, I mean, you really bought in Eshopia Hall’s Golden Garden?" Mama Graham wasn’t sure where to focus; she kept missing the main point.
