Scum Daddy Dreams Of Stealing My Mommy! -

Chapter 324: Chapter 324 What Use is a Father Like You!
Amelia quickly suppressed him, "I didn’t want you to know because I was afraid you’d be this impulsive."
"Impulsive? He’s bullied you like that, how can we let him off without teaching him a lesson?"
"But he’s got nothing to lose, like a mad dog now. If you have someone beat him up, what then? Unless you kill him, he’ll only escalate further. He might even extort you, who knows."
Christopher clenched his fist slightly, muttering, "Scum like that—just breathing is polluting the air."
"Christopher, I know you’re doing this for me, but this is still my family matter. Let me handle it first. If I really can’t resolve it, I’ll come to you for help." Amelia crouched by the wheelchair, holding his hand, and calmly requested.
Christopher looked at her delicate face. His well-defined fingers brushed back her hair to examine the mark.
From her temple down to her jawline, it looked like it had been scratched by nails. Her skin was soft and tender; it seemed like it could bleed any moment.
He frowned, his eyes full of heartache.
"How did he do this?"
"Threw a folder. The corner scraped me."
Christopher, upon hearing this, felt a surge of anger. His teeth clenched together. "You get one week to handle this. If you can’t, then we’ll do it my way."
When dealing with this kind of scum, he had plenty of methods.
No need to kill—throwing them into jail would suffice.
Perfect timing, let their family reunite in prison for the New Year.
A week...
Amelia pondered, "Alright then..."
On the way home, Christopher thought about how it was Saturday today. He turned to ask, "Those little rascals didn’t have school today, right?"
"Yeah, it’s Saturday. But Hope’s piano teacher is over now; she’s probably still in her lesson."
Mentioning this made Christopher think of the other two sons. He pondered, "Has Noah or Ethan shown any interest in learning anything? Now that our relationship is stable, we should start planning for the kids’ future properly."
As he spoke, he held the woman’s hand tightly, interlocking their fingers, and smiled with contentment.
Amelia glanced at his smug and mischievous grin, feeling somewhat peeved. She deliberately countered, "Are you sure... this is stable now?"
Before her voice even trailed off, her finger suddenly ached.
"Ouch! What are you doing!?"
Christopher scowled, "Do you still have some ideas in mind?"
"Why are you so sure it’s me? What if it’s you—or some external factors?"
After all, the eccentric parents of both families weren’t easy to deal with.
She couldn’t shake off her uneasy feelings, convinced that the road ahead wouldn’t simply be smooth sailing.
Knowing what she was worried about, Christopher sighed, then gently comforted her with indulgence, "Relax. As long as you don’t run, no one can tear us apart—and even if you want to run, I won’t give you the chance."
"What? Are you going to tie me up now?"
"Heh, that wouldn’t be a bad idea. Tie you to my belt, take you wherever I go."
"You’re crazy!" The woman pulled her hand free, throwing him an eye-roll.
For two seconds, the car fell into silence. Amelia suddenly remembered his earlier words and returned to the topic, "You just asked about Noah and Ethan wanting to learn something—how coincidental, I just talked to them about this last night."
"A few days ago, I discovered Hope has an excellent memory and plays the piano beautifully. As a girl, she should know a bit of the arts—calligraphy, chess, painting. Not aiming for absolute mastery, but it can enrich her spirit."
"As for Noah and Ethan, they’re both sharp, especially Noah. He’s a huge fan of computers. Previously, he learned programming from Kane in Zurich—oh, and there’s something you definitely don’t know: Kane has another identity that’s incredibly impressive! But I promised him, can’t tell anyone."
From the moment she mentioned Kane’s name, Christopher’s expression had darkened. Seeing her completely oblivious as she continued praising another man with enthusiasm, he couldn’t help but sourly remark, "You admire him so much—why didn’t you end up with him instead?"
"..." Amelia abruptly turned her head, her beautiful almond eyes locking onto him, then promptly gave him a slap. "Are you even paying attention to the main point!"
"The main point is that guy is really incredible."
"No! The main point is our eldest son, at his young age, already knows programming—he’s a computer genius, don’t you get it!"
"What’s the big deal? He’s my son, after all!"
"..." Amelia occasionally felt that this man’s childishness was unbearable to the extreme.
Seeing her side-eyeing him, her bright and stunning face full of disdain and a hint of anger, Mr. Hart quickly remembered his past promises and had no choice but to concede. "Alright... I focused on the wrong thing. You go on. Noah is a computer genius; what are your plans for him?"
She suddenly didn’t feel like continuing and turned her head away lazily, tossing out, "Everything falls on my shoulders—then what’s the point of having you as their father?"
"..." She was genuinely upset now.
Mr. Hart had to follow her train of thought. "Since our son has a gift in this area, let’s cultivate it properly. But for now, it’s best to still start with the fundamentals. Overdoing it might backfire."
"Whatever, he’s your son, you decide."
"Hmm, I’ll consult some experts on this." Having settled plans for their eldest son and daughter, Mr. Hart then thought of their youngest, a foodie, and earnestly reflected, "And Ethan? He loves eating. We wouldn’t really train him to be a chef, would we?"
"..." Amelia didn’t even bother to roll her eyes this time.
It wasn’t that she belittled the profession of being a chef, but—what Christopher said did sound like teasing their younger son.
"He loves horseback riding. He’s already trained for half a year while in Zurich."
Mr. Hart nodded, "Oh... got it. You may not know, but Benny Palmer has a ranch in the West Suburb—it’s run by his family. I’ll arrange it tomorrow."
Amelia really didn’t know this. She turned to look at him, slightly furrowing her brows with curiosity. "The Palmer family has such a massive business—why does he still work for you?"
"The Palmer family’s business may be huge, but so is their family. His uncles, cousins, siblings—they’re all working in the company, scheming against one another constantly. Benny’s not an ambitious person to begin with, and his parents kept forcing him to fight and compete, so he decided to leave."
So that’s the story...
"Then is he planning to return to his family’s company?"
"Probably sooner or later. Maybe in the next few years." Speaking of his good friend, Christopher suddenly thought of something. "By the way, do you know any single, eligible women around the right age?"
"What for?"
"To introduce them to Benny Palmer. That way, he’ll stop complaining about me exploiting and mistreating him."
Thinking about how Benny had voiced those grievances to her multiple times, Amelia replied bluntly, "You truly are a bit harsh on Young Master Palmer. People who don’t know better might assume there’s something shady between the two of you—otherwise, why would someone of his status obediently work for you like that!"
Understanding her implication immediately, Christopher’s face darkened in anger. "What nonsense! My orientation is perfectly normal—it’s you who’ve never given me the opportunity to prove it!"
"Get lost!" He was back to being a rogue again.
