"Only Senior Sheng could possibly compare. I heard Senior Sheng has returned to the country. We should have invited him today; the number of applicants might have been even higher."

"Senior Sheng has just returned to the country; he has many things to deal with. Let’s not bother him with such trivial matters of the club," Xie Hongfei said.

Hearing Sheng Ting’s name out of the blue, Shen Weiyi couldn’t help but think of the aloof look on his face when they met a few days ago, and unconsciously pursed her lips.

She had always heard people say he was cold, but Shen Weiyi never thought so until he returned to the country this time. It was then that Shen Weiyi truly felt the meaning of those two words in him.

After Xie Hongfei finished speaking, he immediately turned his head towards Shen Weiyi, "By the way, isn’t ’third’ done with his busy schedule? Do you want to call him later and ask him to help at night? He is, after all, part of the club and should contribute."

Shen Weiyi thought he might take this opportunity to explain, but he didn’t; he simply looked at Xie Hongfei and asked, "What do I need to do?"

Xie Hongfei turned back towards Shen Weiyi and said, "Thanks to Junior Shen’s help, we received four to five hundred applications this afternoon. Now we have to choose candidates for interviews from these hundreds of applications. Just a few of us could be busy all night. If you’re free tonight, come and give us a hand—the more people, the better! Oh, and are you busy in a few days? If not, could you also help me with the interviews?"

"Sure!" answered Sheng Ting.

Shen Weiyi couldn’t help but look in Sheng Ting’s direction.
