Leng Xuan actually caught every word Huang Jixiang said to Wu Fei; a hint of mockery lifted the corners of his mouth. Although he was aware that the fool named Wu Fei was trailing behind, he didn’t really pay much mind. After a while, they arrived at Uncle Zhao’s hospital room, where a police officer was stationed at the door. The officer greeted Su Yurou with a smile and said, "Miss Su, you can get out of bed already?"

Su Yurou smiled. The officer had helped buy her fast food for lunch, so she recognized him. After exchanging some pleasantries, she and Leng Xuan entered the hospital room together.

"Miss, you’re here?" Uncle Zhao appeared quite surprised to see Su Yurou and Leng Xuan entering together. He scrutinized her carefully, almost disbelievingly. Miss was in a serious condition just yesterday, and now she can walk?

"Uncle Zhao, I’ve already been discharged. I specifically came to see how you were doing," Su Yurou smiled and asked, "Is your condition serious, Uncle Zhao? What did the doctor say?"

"Ah?" Uncle Zhao was even more astonished upon hearing that she had been discharged. How could someone recover so quickly? But seeing the good color and spirits of the miss, he could tell she was genuinely fine. Relieved, he sighed deeply and said with a bitter smile, "It’s good that the miss is fine. I’m not in any serious trouble either, should be able to be discharged in a day or two."

Su Yurou said, "Oh, then you should rest and recover well in the hospital, Uncle Zhao!"

Uncle Zhao asked, "Miss, when will you be returning to Yanjing?"

Su Yurou pondered for a moment and glanced at Leng Xuan reluctantly before saying, "Tomorrow, I guess."

Following Su Yurou’s gaze, Uncle Zhao glanced at Leng Xuan as well, showing a hint of a different expression, but didn’t say anything outwardly. "Is that so? Then I won’t be able to see you off tomorrow, miss."

"I’ll take Yurou to the airport tomorrow," Leng Xuan said.

"That’s good, then. I’ll trouble you with that, Mr. Leng!" Uncle Zhao said meaningfully.

Leng Xuan chuckled. He somewhat understood the implication of Uncle Zhao’s words, but since he only saw Yurou as a sister, he didn’t take it too seriously. After staying in the room for a short while, he left with Su Yurou.

"Brother Leng Xuan, don’t you have classes in the afternoon?" Su Yurou asked as they walked.

Leng Xuan shrugged indifferently. Whether or not he attended class was utterly unimportant to him, but he didn’t want Su Yurou to feel guilty. Hence, he smiled and said, "I’ve taken the day off. You’re leaving tomorrow, Yurou. Is there any place you’d like to visit? Brother Xuan will accompany you."

Su Yurou smiled happily. She really wanted Brother Leng Xuan to keep her company, so she said, "Brother Leng Xuan, then you accompany me around, anywhere is fine." As long as Brother Leng Xuan was with her, she truly didn’t care what they did.

Leng Xuan was momentarily taken aback, not quite understanding Su Yurou’s meaning, but he nodded and said, "Okay then, Yurou. Wait for me for a moment, I’ll be right back." Without waiting for Su Yurou to respond, he turned around and walked towards Wu Fei, who had been following behind them.
