The sixteen characters looked quite domineering indeed. Leng Xuan eagerly turned to the second page, which detailed the introductory part of the cultivation technique, mainly explaining the sitting position and the circulation of True Qi. Leng Xuan already had a foundation in cultivation, so he understood it at a glance and didn’t encounter any difficulties.

Besides, Leng Xuan also noticed that there were some annotations at the bottom of the second page, which presumably were insights from the elder before him.
