Because the elders brought up the matter of holding a wedding banquet!

Getting married requires not only a marriage certificate but also a banquet to entertain relatives and friends from all around!

Facing this question, Chen Nan dared not take it lightly. He might have managed to get a fake certificate with Dongfang Yun Fei, but hosting a real wedding banquet was a serious matter.

With no other option, Chen Nan had to keep drinking and making up excuses on the fly.
