Chapter 99: Chapter - 99 Please Elaborate...

Tristan’s Point Of View

Waihlynn and Aidehynn’s story intrigued me. It was doing wonders in helping me take my mind off of other things as well. Aidehynn’s facility seemed like the ideal place to start, however, I was curious as to why he had kept it a secret from his brothers all this time.

"Ah... Well, about that..." Aidehynn said, looking around nervously.

"Our other brother, Naithynn, has a questionable view on Omegas, and I was indifferent to it all..." Waihlynn said.

"Was? As in, not anymore...?" I asked, perplexed.

"Well I won’t lie and say my thoughts have drastically changed overnight, but I am sympathetic to your situation. I’m not dumb enough to say your thoughts and feelings don’t matter. It’s just that, until I met you, it wasn’t something that I actively thought about..." Waihlynn explained.

"I see. So if it didn’t directly affect you or your family, you didn’t necessarily put any thought to it?" I asked.

"Exactly. I’m not actively looking for a mate, and I’m not exactly dying to have children. So I just did what I believed was normal and necessary. I see now how that could negatively effect others." He replied, looking extremely remorseful.

He seemed to truly mean what he said. There was just one glaring issue with the current situation.

"Please don’t think badly of Waihlynn..." Aidehynn pleaded.

"I don’t have any particularly bad thoughts about him. I’m not naive enough to assume all Alphas would regard Omegas with care. However, let me just ask... Since Naithynn is currently absent from this meeting, does that mean you were unable to convince him to view things differently?" I asked, looking between them both.

Neither one of them looked at me. They both averted their eyes awkwardly, as if searching for a way to avoid answering my question.

"It’s no secret that we are not fans of Ferdinand or Sylvester. While Bennhayzin has the title of The Lazy King, Ferdinand and Sylvester are the masters of delegating their Duhtchy work and slacking on their Mafia King duties... So you can imagine then, that them having a mate that’s the pinnacle of all Omegas, the information on how to create more Omegas just like him, and being effortlessly rich and powerful only made him hate them more... I still don’t like either of them, but I wouldn’t wish their current situation on my worst enemy." Waihlynn said.

"Well you know Waihlynn, the best thing a King can do is surround themselves with competent underlings. I can’t help it that my followers can run a Duhtchy without me around. Why work hard when I don’t have to?" Sylvester teased.

They both glared in his direction and the clear visible hatred for Sylvester was exceedingly worrisome. So, I decided to distract them.

"Aidehynn...? Could you walk me through a basic day at your facility?" I asked.

"Sure thing. So my facility begins at 6am. From 6-7:30 everyone gets up and ready for the day ahead. Showers, getting dressed, ect... then breakfast is from 7:45-8:25am. Then, much like school they head to their respective courses. It’s split between, taking the education courses like a regular school, and the career skills course. The education course teaches, the history of Delgahtowe, math, science, reading and writing, sexual education, and adult relations. Adult relations is a mandatory class, that teaches them about money and finances. We help them understand rent and bills, so they will be able to live on their own. From 12-1pm is lunch. Everyone gets time to decompress, hang out, chat, and eat. After lunch there is a bit of a gap in the schedule. We found that too much learning was hard on the Omegas so they have a study block for an hour, it’s from 1:30pm-2:30pm. They can nap, do school work, it doesn’t matter. Then from 3:00pm-6:00pm it’s job skills class. Job skills classes help them learn to multitask, teaches them customer service skills, typing class and mock job position training. Dinner is at 7:00pm free time after dinner until curfew at 11pm."

I had to admit, his facility sounded wonderful. I wished I had the chance to learn all of those things before. Paying rent was so hard in the beginning, Delcain and I stressed out about it constantly. Aidehynn seemed really excited to talk about his facility. He was smiling now with big bright glowing green eyes. It was pretty adorable, like watching a kid explain their Christmas toys to you.

Then the door to the room opened and Jaymehsyn walked in with a trolley of things. He had only been instructed to get paper and writing utensils, he had come back with that, tea, snacks, and beers. I looked over at the trolley with wide eyes.

"You’re quite the dutiful Butler Mr. Jaymehsyn. How much to get you to come work for us? Sylvester pay the man." I chuckled.

"Well Zachariah is also my nephew. He is the son of my late younger brother, I swore to take care of him until the end of my days, so I must decline. Though I know Ferdinand has Mrs. Kristi so you don’t need me." Jaymehsyn chuckled.

"Wait... You’re his uncle? Well that explains the resemblance. Also, Mrs. Kristi is amazing but a male Butler would round things out though..." I sighed.

I was honestly stunned that Jaymehsyn and Zachariah were related. They did look similar, but I just kind of chucked it up to coincidence. Jaymehsyn dutifully placed cups of tea in front of me and Lady Dyahlettah, then he placed beers down for everyone else. He even put beers down where Zachariah, Bennhayzin, Lyukhe, and Ferdinand had been sitting. I watched him quizzically, as he placed three platters of different things in the center of the table.

"This platter has fruit and a yogurt dip. This one is the veggie platter with a ranch and blue cheese dip. Lastly, we have a meat and cheese platter, with salted and unsalted crackers." Jaymehsyn explained.

"Thank you, Jaymehsyn. This tea is delicious." Lady Dyahlettah said smiling.

"Um... is Ferd-"

"We have a problem, Syl..." Ferdinand said interrupting me, as he barged into the room.

Bennhayzin, Lyukhe, Meyhymn and Zachariah came striding in behind him. They were all wearing grim expressions on their faces. I wasn’t sure what happened or how Jaymehsyn knew they’d be back, but they were here and making the entire room tense.

"What’s the problem, Ferdinand. You’re making everyone nervous..." Sylvester asked.

"If we destroy that facility, we have no where to put the Omegas there... we can’t just let them go..." Ferdinand replied.

"Why can’t we just do like we did in Delgaide?" Sylvester asked with a shrug.

"The Omegas there... They are like Ezekihel..." Ferdinand sighed.

I didn’t really understand what that meant but Sylvester tensed up around me and looked back at Ferdinand in shock.

"I don’t follow, what does that mean?" Gaibe asked.

"They cannot go more than 24 hours without, release." Meyhymn replied.

"Seriously!?" Gaibe exclaimed.

"Yeah, so we will need a safe place to relocate them to..." Lyukhe sighed.

"Do we know how many Omegas are in the facility?" I asked.

"Jahcobe said there are around 126 Omegas there..." Lyukhe replied.

"I’m willing to take in about half." Aidehynn said.

"Then I’ll take the other half. We can handle 63. We just need to figure out a plan for how to deal with their constitution. I don’t want to force anyone, however letting it just build up seems much worse..." Waihlynn sighed.

"I’m willing to sell you a concoction I made for Ezekihel... it won’t be cheap, but they will only need 1 injection a day... though it will most likely have to be an under the table deal..." Bellamy said.

"You’d really be willing to do that?!" Aidehynn asked, shocked.

"Of course. Don’t misunderstand, I’m not doing it for you. I know my mate, and he’d worry himself sick and try to help out anyway he could... and you cannot have him." Bellamy said with a smug grin.

I looked up at him nervously. I really had been trying to find a way to help, and the only thing I could think of was making a new home for them and playing match maker. Bellamy was clearly having none of that. He winked at me, and I felt my face heat up. I had already forgotten what he had told me on the day he took me to the mansion for the first time.

’Jeez... How greedy can one man be...?’

I felt Sylvester’s arms tighten around my waist and looked up at him. His eyes were slowly becoming brighter and more florescent.

"Tristan... please calm down..." Cole murmured into my ear, startling me.

"I-It’s not me this time I swear!" I replied.

I didn’t really understand what was happening to them but they were being discreetly sensual. Then my eyes widened in slow realization.

"You guys should take a suppressant too, now." I said, nervously.

I had realized they hadn’t had one since we began our drive out here. They were not immune to my pheromones either. Under normal circumstances they would probably just give in, but we were in the presence of others, and that was not happening.

"His pheromones affect his mate’s as well? That’s insane!" Lyukhe said, looking between us all.

"Yeah... well there are ways around it, but none of those things can happen in front of company." Sylvester smirked, before injecting himself with a suppressant.

"If you don’t mind me asking, could you tell me the pros and cons of your genome? I’d like to help the researchers avoid the cons as much as possible." Lady Dyahlettah asked.

*Vrrr... Vrrr... Vrrr...*

"Uhm, hold that thought..." Sylvester said, pulling out his phone.

"Santiago, what’s going on? You’re on speaker." He said, placing his phone down on the table.

–Hey... So I’m in Demhongade... do you know where I can land a large attack Helo?

"Wha!? What do you mean you’re in Demhongade!?" Sylvester asked, incredulous.

–Now, Now Master... Don’t be mad. I knew you’d try to make me stay if I said I wanted to come so I didn’t tell you. But those assholes burned down our temporary home, nearly killed us, and kidnapped children. You bet your fucking ass I’m killing someone!

"Who’s protecting the wounded and the other children?" Sylvester asked, exasperated.

–Don’t worry. Jehstine, Ahtlan, Trayce, Brahnsen, Cohrey, Syhlow, Keihffer, and Brahnnon took over guard duty.

"You’ve been busy, as frikkin usual. My Gods Santiago... Who the hell did you bring with you? I know you didn’t come alone, if you got so many of our people to guard the other..." Sylvester sighed.

–Ah... Well, it’s me obviously... and also Lahnsen, Rehdgie, Dyahgeo, Hollehen, Nashsten, Tohrque... Also Meahlene, and Odehssa...

"Hold up! Who now?!" Bellamy yelled.

–Yeah... so just us few...

"No. No. No. No! Don’t just gloss over that shit! You brought my damn mother!?" Bellamy said angrily, as he snatched up the phone.

–I wasn’t telling them no, and they can definitely hold their own. It’ll be fine.

"Uuuugh... Fucking hell!" Bellamy groaned.

"You can land in the back of RozenBluume Hotel. Tell the men out there to guard it under Zachariah’s orders. Their names are Gingrich, Stahnvie, Tehran, and Izahn." Zachariah said.

–Roger that. We’ll be there shortly.

*Click*

"Well you have extra men now. The only thing left is to make a plan of attack." Lyukhe said.

Meanwhile, both Sylvester and Bellamy were holding their faces in their hands, while Cole and Ferdinand were trying not to laugh.

’More people is a good thing... I’m getting a really bad feeling about all of this...’
