Chapter 63: Chapter - 63 A Lively Night

Ahriel’s Point Of View

–Hey Ahriel, come with Solomon to show the doctors and Bellamy’s family around.

"Okay, I’m heading down now. Is everything okay? Are you going to be indisposed for a bit again?" I asked.

–Yeah, meet them at the front door. Call me if you need anything.

"Understood."

*Beep*

I grabbed a pair of shorts and slipped them on, I had just finished setting up the lounge with the others. I was pretty tired, but I wouldn’t complain. If I remembered anything, it was that Bellamy’s family was absolutely submerged in the sexy as hell gene pool. I had never met them, but I’d seen them enough in passing to know of them.

I made sure my hair wasn’t sticking up anywhere and rushed out my bedroom door. I shared a room with Rohan, but he had been sleeping with the twins in the playroom for a while now. I had also signed up to move my things into the new guard house on Thursday. I wanted at least a full day to rest.

We had been busting our asses for the last two days getting the new house refurbished, the new clinic set up, and the lounge furnished. I was happy to be nearly finished with it all.

I walked down the stairs at a fast but steady pace, but I ended up coming to a hault on the third floor. I could distinctly hear women cooing and speaking softly, and to my knowledge the only women here were children.

I turned the corner and witnessed the four stunning beauties absolutely fawning over the children. When one of them glanced my way I stopped out of habit and bowed my head in greeting.

"I’m Ahriel. I’m supposed to be guiding you ladies I presume...?" I said, looking up once more.

"Hi Ahriel, I’m Arrisa. This is Sable, Joobehlee, Tahlia, and Kaihsie. Can we come with you to meet the new doctors?" The little girl with mauve colored hair said.

"Arrisa, I don’t think that’s a good idea... we aren’t supposed to wander around, and Raihne can’t walk properly yet." Sable chided.

"Nonsense. This place is plenty fortified, and if anyone threatens you, your Auntie Nahana will rip their throats out." The pink haired woman chuckled.

"Ahriel was it? I’m Meahlene, this is Nahana and Odehssa my younger sisters, and that’s Reah my niece. It’s nice to meet you. Solomon should be at the door by now, so let’s hurry on down." She said.

"Del... are you gonna come too?" Sable asked.

"Yeah... I might as well. We don’t get to walk around much, and I’d like to meet the new doctors if I can..." Delcain replied.

"Kaleb...? You comin?" Arrisa asked.

"I guess so... I’m not a fan of doctors, but I’m guessing we won’t have a choice but to get treated by them..." The boy grumbled.

"Raihne, Payhne be a dear and rest up. Rohan and Jasper can be on guard duty until we return." Odehssa said.

"Thank you." They both replied.

They looked extremely fatigued and seemed to relax upon knowing they wouldn’t need to walk around with us.

"Alright little ones, grab the hand of an adult and let’s go." Nahana said, adjusting her hold on Kaihsie.

"We can walk two at a time, Jasper and Ahriel take the lead, Rohan bring up the rear." Meahlene said.

Everyone fell in line and grabbed a hand, then we were off. It was a bit nerve-wracking to be in charge of so many lives, but also heartwarming to see how excited the smaller ones were.

’It actually feels like I’m doing guard work now... How absolutely terrifying...’

Solomon’s Point Of View

’There are so many people here now... how can the boss not want more men on the inside as well?’

I was making my way up to the estate in front of the doctor caravan. They had 3 cars and 2 large moving vans with them, and I could tell they had a ton of stuff packed into each car as well. We pulled up to the house and I got off of my black four wheeler.

"Okay, the women have a lodging house in the back, there are plenty of empty rooms so you may all have your own if you wish. Khali and her mate Chavrion have a room on the third floor. The men have two options, they may choose to bunk together on the fourth floor or they may choose to stay in the new house we purchased and refurbished up the road. You don’t need to decide tonight, and you are welcome to unpack tomorrow morning in the daylight." I said, instructing them on what was already briefed to me.

"We can wait until tomorrow to unpack. Not like we’ll need much tonight since we showed up earlier than planned. Just give us the tour first so we can direct and instruct tomorrow. I’m sure the guys are tired from trying to get everything ready for us, so waiting won’t kill us." Khali replied.

"Plus we can just grab our medical bags and one suitcase tonight. No biggie." Khalil added.

They got to work doing just that. The women set their bags on the porch and waited for the guys to get situated. I opened the front double doors, only to witness a caravan of women and children descending the stairs with Ahriel and Jasper at the helm.

The doctors pooled into the doors, as the women and children pooled at the foot of the stairs. There was a pregnant pause before Meahlene broke the slince first.

"Khali! Honey, it’s been too long! How’s your practice going in StohneGarrdin? Gah! The boys really screwed up letting you slip through their fingers." She exclaimed.

"Hey, Mama! It’s going great. They called in a favor so I came running. Anytime you can get those dummies to owe you a favor is a good time for me. I assure you, my fees are not cheap." Khali chuckled.

"Yes, girl. You be sure to squeeze ’em dry! Gods know they have more money than they know what to do with!" Nahana laughed.

"Okay, but Mama Meahlene... who’s baby is that? She’s absolutely ADORABLE!" Khali said holding her arms out for the baby.

"Honey, that’s a story for a stiff drink. Suffice it to say the fellas got mated..." Meahlene sighed.

"All of them... to the same Omega." Odehssa added.

"Say what now?" Khali and Khalil said simultaneously.

’Ah... we should probably move to the lounge... this story seems to be the lengthy type...’

Khali’s Point Of View

"Ladies would you like to go to the lounge where it will be more comfortable to chat? It’s big enough for everyone..." Solomon said.

"Yes, do lead the way. That way the kids will be able to introduce themselves and head on up to bed... We did interrupt their sleep." Odehssa said.

"Right this way ladies." He said.

We followed him between the double staircase and to the left. No matter how many times I visited this place, it still never ceased to take my breath away. The color schemes changed, as did the furniture, but the shell of the house was always immaculately beautiful. And I wasn’t the only one thinking that.

"Holy shit! Just who the hell is our new boss? Is he loaded or something!? I swear that light fixture is frikkin gold!" I head Grahnt exclaim.

"Well his father did own the hospital here in Sayenrio. It should stand to reason that the family home would be elaborate as hell." Khalil said, just as mesmerized.

"I mean damn Khali... you’ve been sitting on a variable gold mine of men and you didn’t think to introduce us... ever?" Zaihlee groaned.

"Well considering that the current owner of this house is the Mafia King of StohneGarrdin, I doubt risking your medical license is worth it." I said, chuckling.

"Are you crazy?! I’d be a kept woman in a heartbeat as long as I can live in a house like this! Who needs to work when there are no bills to pay!?" Nohrah whispered harshly.

"We’re here ladies and gentlemen..." Solomon said, clearly trying to play dumb to the current conversation.

"And don’t even get me started on the help! Was sexy beyond all reason a friggin requirement when he made his selections!?" Maddeson added.

"My Gods its like I don’t even know this house anymore! When did you guys put this together?!" Jasper exclaimed.

"Today really, so let me know if you need anything else in here. The boss tried to be thorough." Solomon said, stepping aside.

"When do we get to meet this boss of yours?" Zaihlee asked with a raised brown.

"The boss is currently indisposed with his mate for a bit. You will get to meet them all tomorrow." Jasper replied.

At that everyone turned around to gander at Jasper, he gave a sheepish smile as he stepped out the room with an, "I’ll be outside the door if you need me."

Solomon, Ahriel, Jasper, and Rohan quickly stepped outside the room. No doubt to avoid being questioned by the rooms occupants any further.

"Hello I’m Arrisa... will you be my new doctor?"

"Yes. You’re so adorable and polite. I will be your new doctor. I’m not sure if you can remember names but I’m Khali. That lady with the green hair is my right hand doctor, her name is Khalil. The girl with pink hair is Zaihlee. The lady with long brown hair is Maddeson. And the one with blue hair is Nohrah... As for the guys the one with green hair is Anthonee. The one with midnight blackish purple hair is Grahnt. And this big lovable lug is my mate Chavrion." I said.

"I will try to remember everyone’s names... i make no promises. Just be sure to say them again when I come to visit you." She said with an adorable smile.

"Hello Khali, I’m Delcain. I’m the second oldest of our group. You’ve met our eager Arrisa. This is Sable and Kaleb, my younger siblings. This is Joobehlee and Kaihsie. Kaihsie is Kaleb’s little sister. And Tahlia, she’s my niece." The boy said stepping forward and pointing everyone out.

"Alright everyone, say goodnight. It’s getting extremely late and you all need sleep." Kaleb said, ushering the kids out of the room.

"Good night." They replied on their way out.

’It’s sure to be a lively night...’
