Chapter 1468: 703

The one fishing boat among the two came to a halt.

Clearly, the warning from Lincoln Harrington had been taken to heart.

The distances between the other fishing boats varied; some were three to four hundred meters away, while others were merely several tens of meters away. Compared to these, the boats near the yacht were significantly farther.

It was apparent that these people were exercising caution.

However, the captain of yet another fishing boat felt differently. He originally thought the yacht was like porcelain, usually having no intersection with them, the common tiles, and would not stoop to their level.

That’s why he let his boat get closer and closer—to him, the fishing boats that went back yesterday had such a good catch, so the yacht being here for a whole day must have yielded even more.

So this fishing boat came over, trying to test the waters.

It was the same as someone catching fish by the riverbank one day, and then the next day, the spot would be surrounded by fishing rods.

There are always some people whose moral bottom line is extremely low. They like to take advantage, and as for shame, what is that?

When Lincoln saw that the boat had already approached to about fifty meters, he said sternly,

"Fire a warning shot!"

The team members, already prepared, immediately raised their guns and fired burst shots into the sky.

The crisp gunshots broke the calm at sea. The fishing boat’s boss was also startled and quickly instructed his sailors to stop the boat.

"Boss, should we go?" The sailor was quite worried. Although they could take advantage of the situation with their captain from time to time, that was under the premise of no danger.

But now they obviously met a tough opponent, and it seemed better to leave!

"Go? Drop anchor right here!" The captain grabbed a broken rifle, and said fiercely,

"I don’t believe this; this isn’t their domain! He’s got a gun, and I’ve got one too!"

The captain was accustomed to having his way; so once he gave an order, the other sailors had to comply.

On the other fishing boat that had stopped earlier, a sailor asked his captain,

"Boss, should we follow them?"

"Follow them for what? To get killed?" The fishing boat boss was much more cunning. He sneered and said,

"With that guy ahead to test the waters for us, we’ll just watch... No, let’s back up fifty meters instead!"

This fishing boat clearly recognized that the yacht was not to be messed with, but he had another idea.

Seeing that the fishing boat, upon hearing the warning shot, did not retreat but stopped, Lincoln said coldly,

"Launch a cruise missile; blow it up!"

The wicked fear power, not kindness. Without showing them some colors, these guys would definitely swarm like hyenas!

Lincoln believed that there would definitely be people on the other fishing boats watching their reaction!

The team member heard the order and immediately went to the other side of the deck, turning on the cruise missile’s power switch.

"Boom!"

With a muffled sound, a cruise missile was launched, unfolding its wings in the air, and dived straight for the small fishing boat!

The captain saw the cruise missile coming and was stunned at first; he didn’t understand what it was. When the object flew closer, he reacted instantly, threw the gun in his hand, and jumped into the water!

While he was still midair, the cruise missile struck the ship’s hull with a loud "bang," blasting a big hole in the fishing boat!

The high explosives and the metal jet tore the ship’s interior apart, seawater gushed in through the massive hole, and the boat immediately began to list.

Some sailors were thrown into the sea by the blast, others were directly injured, and cries of pain filled the air!

The uninjured sailors desperately swam towards nearby fishing boats, fearing they would be sucked into a whirlpool caused by the sinking ship.

"Team leader Quinn, should we help the injured?"

"Don’t bother." Lincoln had turned into someone with a heart of steel, "If they’re lucky, they’ll survive; if not, let them wait for death."

"What about the other fishing boats asking for help?"

"Don’t bother with them either."

Sean Knight had already showered and changed clothes. Hearing Lincoln’s words, he smiled. This handling was good.

Soon, team members resurfaced with a basket of Bronze ware. Although the surface was corroded, the verdigris was not too severe, marking a pretty good haul.

Getting the team members up to rest, after a while, another group came up with a more substantial catch: several tens of medieval European golden coins.

"We have some findings on the two yachts on our side too. But it’s mostly porcelain, not in large quantities," Elijah reported, "They’re asking if they should move to another location."

"Let them decide for themselves where is convenient, but don’t be too close or too far from us," Sean said, "So we can support each other."

Although it currently seemed that these fishing boats were no threat to the three yachts, one could never guarantee what surprises might be aboard these boats.

It’s better to be cautious.

Sean, having eaten his noon meal, didn’t dive again but lay in bed and rested for a while.

In the afternoon, when he awoke, Sean was surprised to find that a rubber dinghy had rowed over.

Two people sat aboard, one rowing the dinghy and the other holding up a white flag.

There were also some items on the boat.

Some team members held their guns at the ready.

Through his "Sky Eye," Sean looked but was taken aback.

This person... was rather interesting.

The one holding the white flag was from the fishing boat that had backed off that morning.

"Boss, this is from the other fishing boat that was preparing to come over this morning," said Quinn, who had been on deck.
