Chapter 532: Chapter 533 Spanking

"Ah!" Song Xiaodong was feeling exasperated when suddenly a sharp pain in his finger made him cry out; Lin Shu, this wench, had bitten him.

Song Xiaodong tried to withdraw his finger, but the wench was biting down hard. In shaking his hand, her head swung back and forth, yet his finger remained clamped in her jaws.

"Let go!" Song Xiaodong shouted, glaring at her.

"Mmm..." Lin Shu made a sound from her throat, but her teeth clamped down even tighter.

Song Xiaodong reached out with his other hand and grabbed her cheeks, and with a little force, Lin Shu’s mouth involuntarily opened.

"You stinky girl, do you really think I can’t handle you?" Song Xiaodong pushed on Lin Shu’s shoulder, making her roll over involuntarily; he then pressed one hand onto her waist and raised his other hand to deliver a smack on her buttocks.

"Ouch!" Lin Shu immediately let out a pained cry.

"I told you to shout, you wretched girl, acting like you’re a dog, daring to bite me," Song Xiaodong said as he repeatedly swung his arm, landing seven or eight solid hits on Lin Shu’s buttocks.

"Ah, ah..." After screaming a few times, Lin Shu bit down on a pillow and stopped screaming, only her body kept trembling as she made muffled sounds of pain.

After a few smacks, Song Xiaodong felt some relief and said, "Are you going to talk now?"

Lin Shu, full of resentment, said, "No! I won’t tell even if you beat me to death."

Song Xiaodong snorted, "You really think I have no other way to deal with you? Truly clueless about the ways of the world."

Having said that, Song Xiaodong directly reached towards Lin Shu’s waist.

"Even if you strip me, I won’t talk, go on, feel free to grope all you want; I will find a way to get back at you," Lin Shu shouted again.

Song Xiaodong ignored her, directly pulling out her phone from her pocket and quickly found a contact named Zhong Chuling, immediately making the call.

"Ah, Xiao Shu, how are you?" The voice of Zhong Chuling came from the phone.

"She’s in my hands!"

"Ah, what have you done to her?" Zhong Chuling yelled frantically.

"Xiao Ling, don’t bother with her, he wouldn’t dare do anything to me!" Lin Shu tried to snatch back the phone, but with one hand Song Xiaodong was pressing down on her waist, she couldn’t get up at all and could only shout loudly.

"Xiao Ling, isn’t it? I’ll give you a chance now. Bring the stuff back to me, and I can treat your dad’s illness. If you don’t bring it back, and your dad dies, it’ll be on you," Song Xiaodong spoke.

"Don’t listen to his nonsense, what medical skill does he have? Even my grandfather couldn’t cure it, how could he?" Lin Shu shouted loudly again.

"I’m only giving you half an hour’s time, it’s up to you whether you come back or not," Song Xiaodong said before hanging up the phone and tossing it onto the bed.

Then he released Lin Shu, saying, "You can leave."

Lin Shu scrambled and tumbled to the side, falling to the floor, but disregarding the pain, she got up and made a dash for the door, ready to run out as she pulled it open.

But finding that Song Xiaodong truly didn’t stop her, she halted her steps, turned her head, and with a frown said, "Are you really letting me go?"

"Go ahead," Song Xiaodong’s tone was very flat.

Lin Shu stared at Song Xiaodong, standing there for about half a minute, then suddenly turned back and closed the door, walked back and stood across the bed from Song Xiaodong, saying, "You told me to leave, and now I’m not leaving."

Song Xiaodong gave a dismissive smile and said, "Suit yourself, but you only have half an hour. The opportunity has been given to you, whether you can grasp it, that’s up to you now."

Then, without giving Lin Shu another glance, he went to check his things. All the boxes had been opened by those two girls, making him wonder if they had damaged anything. These were treasures, after all.

Fortunately, nothing had been damaged. Zhong Chuling had only taken a stick of ginseng, and it was the hundred-year-old one at that. She had not taken the two-hundred-year-old one.

Left hanging, Lin Shu’s expression fluctuated, asking, "What kind of scheme are you planning?"

Song Xiaodong said indifferently, "You two girls, do you really think you’re important enough for me to scheme against you? You’re really overestimating yourselves."

"Then why didn’t you question me?" Lin Shu asked again.

Glancing at Lin Shu, Song Xiaodong lit a cigarette before answering, "If I really wanted to find out Xiao Ling’s location, it would be incredibly simple. I could ask your grandfather or trace her phone directly. In short, with just one phone call, I could find out everything about Zhong Chuling’s ancestors within ten minutes. Why bother wasting my breath with you, girl?"

"Hey, just keep boasting. You talk as if you’re that capable," Lin Shu said with a look of disdain.

"If you, a mere girl, could find out where I live, do you think it would be hard for me to find out where she is?" Song Xiaodong shook his head and immediately stubbed out the cigarette. His sister didn’t like the smell of smoke, and it wouldn’t be good if she smelled it when she came back in the evening.

Lin Shu snorted and said, "I have my connections."

"You sure do," Song Xiaodong said dismissively, then laid down on the bed and said, "You can time it yourself. Starting from when I make the call, if Xiao Ling doesn’t return in half an hour, then it can only be said that you truly missed an opportunity to save someone."

Lin Shu pouted, disbelieving that Song Xiaodong could save anyone. Chuling’s father was already in the late stages of cancer, the hospital had issued a critical illness notice, and her grandfather had said that under the current circumstances, there really was no hope.

After standing for a while, Lin Shu heard snoring and her eyes widened in disbelief as she stared at Song Xiaodong, who had fallen asleep on the bed. How could he disregard her so much?

And... didn’t he want the ginseng? Why wasn’t he in a hurry now? What on earth was going on?

After hesitating for a bit, Lin Shu ran to the bathroom outside and dialed her grandfather’s number.

"Grandpa, who was that person who just went to buy medicine from you?"

Lin Yi spoke from afar, "Don’t make trouble. That medicine is very important to him, and it’s completely useless for Xiao Ling’s father."

"Ah, I know, I know. I was just asking, is he a doctor?"

"Of course, he is. Otherwise, why would he buy the medicine?"

"Is his medical skill very profound?" Lin Shu asked again.

"Very profound, I should say even more than mine. Today, one of my patients, I truly misdiagnosed. If he hadn’t reminded me, I might have made a big mistake."

"Wow, really?" Lin Shu raised her voice.

"Nonsense, why would I lie to you? I’m warning you, don’t go looking for him."

"Got it, got it," Lin Shu brushed it off with a couple of responses, then hung up the phone and rolled her eyes, dialing Zhong Chuling’s number.
