Chapter 1112: Chapter 1113: Get out!

Arriving in front of the teaching building, they encountered several classmates from the acupuncture class. Seeing Song Xiaodong and Lu Yaobing coming over like this, everyone looked astonished.

Lu Yaobing didn’t let go of Song Xiaodong’s arm, and said, “Hey, what are you looking at? Haven’t you seen our teacher come?”

“Um… Yaobing, Teacher Song, aren’t you too bold?”

“Yeah, teacher-student relationships are explicitly prohibited in the school. You’re being too ostentatious.”

Lu Yaobing spat, “Can’t you have purer thoughts? This is my mentor, my most respected mentor.”

Song Xiaodong used his other hand to gently tap Lu Yaobing on the head, and said, “You still have to be mindful of the impression. Alright, let’s all go in for class together.”

Seeing Song Xiaodong’s composure and Lu Yaobing’s calmness, everyone didn’t think much of it and immediately gathered around, chatting with Song Xiaodong chirpily.

Two hours later, Song Xiaodong took everyone out for a free clinic.

Because of their eagerness to learn, these acupuncture class students were making obvious progress. Song Xiaodong was also seriously guiding them. For some, who could already apply the needles, Song Xiaodong guided them to improve through practice.

Those who could apply the needles were dealing with minor ailments, and the acupoints were not on critical areas, so even if there were some deviations, it wouldn’t be a big issue.

Through this period of free clinics, the acupuncture class had gained a bit of fame, especially Lu Yaobing. The patients treated by her almost always had a 100% success rate.

Rumors were spreading that there was an acupuncture beauty at the Medical University, and many came just to see Lu Yaobing for treatment.

After finishing with a patient once more, Lu Yaobing, with a hint of fatigue but sparkling eyes, said to Song Xiaodong, “Mentor, how did I do this time?”

“Not bad. You identified the acupoints accurately, and your technique is much more practiced than before.” Song Xiaodong didn’t hold back his praise for his beloved student, placing his hand on Lu Yaobing’s back.

Lu Yaobing’s face flushed instantly. Usually, Song Xiaodong didn’t touch her, and it was always her who took the initiative to hold his arm. Now, Song Xiaodong actually placed his hand on her back in public, which was somewhat excessive.

Even though the action was subtle, the students behind them would definitely notice.

“Mentor… you…” Lu Yaobing bit her lip, her eyes moist as she looked at Song Xiaodong. She didn’t know how to refuse him, nor had she ever considered refusing. After all, what happened in the hotel those few times was much more severe, and her body had never reacted negatively to Song Xiaodong.

“I’m helping you recover.” Song Xiaodong said softly.

Lu Yaobing was stunned for a moment before realizing that from the contact point on her back, True Qi was steadily flowing into her meridians. Only then did she understand Song Xiaodong’s intention.

This made her feel somewhat embarrassed. She stuck out her tongue at Song Xiaodong and said, “Thank you, Mentor.”

“You’ve treated several patients today, which is too exhausting, so I’m helping you.” Song Xiaodong smiled slightly and then released his hand.

Lu Yaobing indeed felt her energy restored quickly, puffing out her chest and said, “Mentor is amazing, I’m all good now.”

Song Xiaodong smiled faintly, saying, “Then keep working hard.” He then went on to guide the others.

He also wanted Lu Yaobing to gain more practical experience during these free clinics. Without enough practice, everything would merely be theoretical. When he learned acupuncture, he didn’t know how many comrades let him practice on them.

“Ah!” A scream suddenly rang out. Song Xiaodong immediately turned to look and saw Lu Yaobing standing by the table, glaring furiously at a young man in front of her.

“What’s wrong?” Song Xiaodong walked over directly and asked in a deep voice.

Lu Yaobing pointed at the young man and said, “Mentor, he just harassed me.”

“Hmm?” Song Xiaodong’s face suddenly turned cold as he stared at the guy with dyed yellow hair.

“What are you glaring at? Do you think your eyes are big?” The guy rolled his eyes, crossed his legs, and said, “She was taking my pulse, wasn’t it normal to touch her hand?”

Lu Yaobing immediately pointed at the guy angrily and said, “He wanted to fondle my hand.”

“Hey, beauty, you can’t just speak carelessly. You were taking my pulse. How could you do that without touching my hand? What era is this? Don’t tell me you can take a pulse without touching at all?”

“You… you’re simply shameless.” Lu Yaobing was livid, dealing with such a scoundrel.

Song Xiaodong snorted coldly and said, “Kid, you’d best not cause trouble here, or I won’t be polite.”

“Not be polite to me?” The guy looked askance at Song Xiaodong, shaking his legs arrogantly, “You’re just a lousy teacher. How would you not be polite to me? Are you telling me you want to beat me or something?”

“Are you determined to cause trouble here?” Song Xiaodong’s face grew even more sullen.

The guy rolled his eyes and said, “What’s this about causing trouble? I’m here for beauty to see me for treatment. This is a free clinic, meant to train students. Isn’t my coming here to offer myself as a test subject noble? Yet, you say I’m causing trouble? Do you even know how to speak human language?”

“Are you leaving or not?” Song Xiaodong asked again.

“Leave? Why should I leave? I’m staying right here today. She has to see me, and if she doesn’t, no one else will. What are you going to do about it?” The guy slapped the table arrogantly.

“Teacher, shall we call security?” A student came over and whispered to Song Xiaodong.

Song Xiaodong shook his head, walked to the front of the table, and directly grabbed the guy’s shoulder.

“What, you want to fight? Fighting is the last thing I’m afraid of. Go ahead and try,” the guy glared defiantly at Song Xiaodong, not sensing any danger.

“Scram!”

With a light shout from Song Xiaodong, he lifted the guy with one hand, creating a graceful arc in the air before landing heavily on the nearby lawn.

Gah!

The guy landed on the ground, making a sound like a frog being stepped on, with eyes rolling back, unable to breathe for a moment.

Everyone was stunned. Seeing a fight wasn’t unusual, but seeing a university teacher throwing out a troublemaker — that was unheard of.
